Common use of Part-Time Work Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Work. 1. To increase the level of workforce participation, efforts will be made to increase the number of part-time workers in the company. Part-time employment means employment for less than the normal weekly working hours agreed in the employment contract. The aim is to enter into an employment contract for a minimum of eight hours per week, and in any case at least 28 hours per month.
