Transitional Arrangements - Annual Leave. (i) An employee working part-time under this subclause shall be paid for and take any leave accrued in respect of a period of full-time employment, in such periods and manner as specified in the annual leave provisions of this Award, as if the employee were working full-time in the class of work the employee was performing as a full-time employee immediately before commencing part-time work under this subclause.
(ii) A full-time employee shall be paid for and take any annual leave accrued in respect of a period of part-time employment under this subclause, in such periods and manner as specified in this Award, as if the employee were working part-time in the class of work the employee was performing as a part-time employee immediately before resuming full-time work.
(iii) Provided that, by agreement between the employer and the employee, the period over which the leave is taken may be shortened to the extent necessary for the employee to receive pay at the employee’s current full-time rate.
Transitional Arrangements - Annual Leave. (i) An employee working part-time under this subclause shall be paid for and take any leave accrued in respect of a period of full-time employment,
(i) A full-time employee shall be paid for and take any annual leave accrued in respect of a period of part-time employment as if the employee were working part-time in the class of work the employee was performing as a part-time employee immediately before resuming full-time work.

(a) An employee working part-time under clause 2.4 shall be paid for and take any leave accrued in respect of a period of part-time employment, in such periods and manner as specified in the annual leave provisions of the industrial instrument relevant to that employment, as if the employee were working full-time in the class of work the employee was performing as a full-time employee immediately before commencing part-time work under clause 2.4.
(b) A full time employee shall be paid for and take any annual leave accrued in respect of a period of part-time employment under clause 2.4 in such periods and manner as specified in the industrial instrument relevant to that employment as if the employee were working part-time in the class of work the employee was performing as a part-time employee immediately before resuming full-time work. Provided that, by agreement between the employer and the employee, the periods over which the leave is taken may be shortened to the extent necessary for the employee to receive pay at the employee's current full-time rate.

Transitional Arrangements - Annual Leave. (1) An employee working part-time under this subclause shall be entitled to any leave accrued in respect of a period of full-time employment, as if the employee was still working full-time, in the position held prior to taking leave.
(A) A full-time employee shall be entitled to annual leave accrued in respect of a period of part-time employment under this subclause, as if the employee was working part-time in the position held, immediately before resuming full-time work.
(B) Provided that, by agreement between the employer and the employee, the period over which the leave is taken may be shortened to the extent necessary for the employee to receive pay at the employee's current full-time rate.
Transitional Arrangements - Annual Leave. 43.14.5.1 A part-time employee working under this Sub-clause will be paid for and take any accumulated leave in relation to any full- time work, they were performing before starting part-time work.
43.14.5.2 A full-time employee under this Sub-clause will be paid for and take any annual accumulated leave in relation to any part- time work they were performing before resuming full-time work. By agreement between the Council and the employee, leave may be shortened so that the employee receives pay at their current full-time rate.

(a) A team member working part time under this Appendix shall be paid for and take any leave accrued in respect of a period of full time employment, in such periods and manner as specified in the Annual Leave provisions of this agreement, as if the team member were working full time in the class of work the team member was performing as a full time team member immediately before commencing part time work under this Appendix.
(b) A full time team member shall be paid for and take any Annual Leave accrued in respect of a period of part time employment under this Appendix, in such periods and manner as specified in this agreement, as if the team member were working part time in the class of work the team member was performing as a part time team member immediately before resuming full time work. Provided that, by agreement between Bunnings and the team member, the period over which the leave is taken may be shortened to the extent necessary for the team member to receive pay at the team member's current full time rate.
Transitional Arrangements - Annual Leave. 1) An employee working part-time under this subclause shall be paid for and take any leave accrued in respect of a period of full time employment, in such periods and manner as specified in the annual leave provisions of this Agreement, as if the employee were working full time in the class of work the employee was performing as a full-time employee immediately before commencing part-time work under this subclause.
2) A full-time employee shall be paid for and take any annual leave accrued in respect of a period of part-time employment under this subclause, in such periods and manner as specified in this Agreement, as if the employee were working part-time in the class of work the employee was performing as apart- time employee immediately before resuming full-time work.
3) Provided that, by agreement between the employer and the employee, the period over which the leave is taken may be shortened to the extent necessary for the employee to receive pay at the employee’s current full time rate.

An employee working part-time under this sub-clause shall be paid for and take any leave accrued in respect of a period of full-time employment, in such periods and manner as specified in the annual leave provisions of this Agreement, as if the employee were working full-time in the class of work the employee was performing as a full-time employee immediately before commencing part-time work under this sub-clause.
7.6.5.2. A full-time employee shall be paid for and take any annual leave accrued in respect of a period of part-time employment under this sub-clause, in such periods and manner as specified in this Agreement, as if the employee were working part-time in the class of work the employee was performing as a part-time employee immediately before resuming full-time work.
7.6.5.3. Provided that, by agreement between the employer and the employee, the period over which the leave is taken may be shortened to the extent necessary for the employee to receive pay at the employee’s current full- time rate.
Transitional Arrangements - Annual Leave. (a) An Employee working part-time under clause 7.12 shall be paid for and take any leave accrued in respect of a period of part-time employment, in such periods and manner as specified in the annual leave provisions of this Agreement, as if the Employee were working full-time in the class of work the Employee was performing as a full-time Employee immediately before commencing part-time work under clause 7.12.
(b) A full time Employee shall be paid for and take any annual leave accrued in respect of a period of part-time employment under clause 7.12 in such periods and manner as specified in this Agreement as if the Employee were working part-time in the class of work the Employee was performing as a part-time Employee immediately before resuming full-time work. Provided that, by agreement between the Company and the Employee, the periods over which the leave is taken may be shortened to the extent necessary for the Employee to receive pay at the Employee's current full-time rate.
