PARTIAL OR TOTAL PLANT CLOSURE. 21.01 In the event of partial or total plant closure the Company shall comply with all applicable provisions and requirements of the Employment Standards Act of Ontario. In the event of the total plant closure the Company agrees to meet with the Union for the purpose of discussing the effects of closure on bargaining unit employees.
PARTIAL OR TOTAL PLANT CLOSURE. 29.01 FTG will endeavor to advise the Union at least six (6) months in advance of any contemplated shutdown of operations that will affect the employees, or as soon as it becomes aware of this circumstance. Such notice shall be in writing and indicate the reason for the action. The Union and FTG will meet immediately to discuss the contemplated shutdown with a view to providing a solution to the problem or jobs for the employees involved.
PARTIAL OR TOTAL PLANT CLOSURE. Where possible, the Company shall advise the Union at least six (6) months in advance of any contemplated shutdown of operations that will affect the employees. Such notice shall be in writing and indicate the reason for the action. The Union and the Company will meet immediately to discuss the contemplated shutdown with a view to providing a solution to the problem or jobs for the employees involved. A failure on the part of the Company to provide six (6) months notice shall not trigger any financial or compensation obligations of the Company in favour of the Union or employees. This Article does not apply to a scheduled shutdown for maintenance and other related purposes.

The Union and World will meet immediately to discuss the contemplated shutdown with a view to providing a solution to the problem or jobs for the employees involved.
PARTIAL OR TOTAL PLANT CLOSURE. The provisions of this Article shall also apply to a partial or total Plant Closure.
PARTIAL OR TOTAL PLANT CLOSURE. 27.01 The Company shall advise the Union in writing, and with as much notice as reasonably possible but not less than two (2) months prior to any shutdown of operations that will cause the termination of employment of employees in the bargaining unit. Such notice shall indicate the reason for such action.
PARTIAL OR TOTAL PLANT CLOSURE. The Company agrees to give the Union Plant Committee six (6) months written notice of a plant closure.
PARTIAL OR TOTAL PLANT CLOSURE. 44.01 The Company shall comply with the provisions of Section 41.1 of the Labour Relations Act with respect to permanent discontinuance of all or part of the Company.
