References in this Agreement to any Party or other Person shall include, where the context permits, references to the estate of that Party or Person or that Party or Person’s respective successors resulting from any amalgamation, merger, arrangement or other reorganization of such Party or other Person.

a) The Company in respect to all Employees of the Company engaged in civil/earthmoving and related works in Queensland including tunneling, rail construction road building, etc. This Agreement covers demolition works on sites if it is of a minor nature incidental to their civil works and or works under four (4) metres in height. This Agreement is also applicable to asbestos removal where the WorkCover Queensland asbestos removal license is not required. Where other demolition / asbestos removal works (i.e. where a WorkCover Queensland asbestos removal license is required) are undertaken this Agreement shall prevail with the additional rates of pay and conditions of Appendix F. This Agreement does not apply to asbestos removal where there is a WorkCover Queensland licensing requirement.
b) Employees (hereinafter referred to as “Employees”) of the Company who are engaged in any of the occupations, callings or industries specified in Appendix B.

2.1 NATIONAL FIRE SOLUTIONS PTY LTD (“the employer”) in respect of all employees engaged in the industries or occupations specified in the Award who are eligible to be members of the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia whether members of the said organisation or not; and
2.2 THE EMPLOYEES in respect of employees of the WAGGA WAGGA NSW branch office whether members of the Union or not, engaged as an Electrician, Trades Assistant Electrician, Apprentice Electrician or Trainee Electrician.

Bound This agreement is made between Coca-Cola Amatil (AUST) the Equipment Service Employees employed in the classification structure detailed within this agreement and their respective union: Electrical Trades Union of Australia (NSW Branch). Parties bound by this agreement includes the Company, the Electrical Trades Union of Australia (NSW Branch), and the Equipment Service employees, employed in the classifications detailed within this agreement.
