Patient Relations. Franchise Owner shall respond promptly to patient complaints and shall take such other steps as may be required to insure positive patient relations.
Patient Relations. At the request of the Hospital, Medical Director shall take responsibility for evaluating and responding to all complaints and inquiries of patients concerning Physician and Physician Extender services in the Department. In addition, Medical Director shall provide Hospital with an analysis of all complaints and recommendations for improving deficiencies, as appropriate.
