Pay for Unused Sick Leave. Unused accumulated sick leave in excess of eighty (80) hours annually will be paid to employees who resign, retire, or are permanently laid off with ten (10) years or more of continuous service. For retiring employees, the employee sick leave pay-off schedule is as follows:
