Pay for Unused Sick Leave. If an employee requests severance pay and meets the eligibility requirements set forth in 13.2, he or she will receive a District contribution to the Severance Plan in an amount equal to $175 for each day of accrued unused sick leave for up to one hundred fourteen and twenty-nine one-hundredth (114.29) days.
