Payment for absence on public holiday. (a) When a public holiday falls on a day when an Employee, other than a casual Employee, would normally work and the Employee is not required to work, the Employee will be paid their ordinary time rate of pay for the hours the Employee would normally work.

If the Employee does not have ordinary hours of work that would have normally fallen on the day that is the public holiday, other than a casual Employee, would normally work and the Employee is not required entitled to work, the Employee will be paid their ordinary time rate of pay payment for the hours the Employee would normally workthat day.
