Evidence of qualifications. The Employer may require that the Teacher provide documentary evidence of qualifications and teaching experience. The Employer may decline to recognise the relevant qualification or experience until such evidence is provided.
Evidence of qualifications. Proposers must present evidence that they are qualified and have the necessary support services, equipment, training program and resources, access to qualified personnel, experience, and management oversight to fulfill the requirements of the specifications. In order to provide the Commission with this information, the proposal must include the information required in the attached Qualification Forms.
Evidence of qualifications. (a) Where an existing employee requests reclassification based on any new criteria contained in clause 49.4(a) which was not available or relevant at the time of their initial appointment or because of the attainment of an additional qualification during their employment, the employer will consider the request, and if satisfied with the evidence provided by the employee, will reclassify the employee at the appropriate level and pay the employee the new salary as from the date of providing the evidence.
(b) For the purposes of this clause, official notification from a tertiary institution that the required subjects of the appropriate qualification have been completed shall be taken as proof of holding that qualification.

If an employer considers that the employee has not provided satisfactory evidence, and advises the employee in writing to this effect, then the employer may decline to recognise the relevant qualification or experience until such evidence is provided. Provided that the employer will not unreasonably refuse to recognise the qualifications or teaching experience of an employee. Where an employee has completed further teaching experience with another employer (for example during unpaid leave) or additional qualifications after commencement of employment they will be entitled to be classified accordingly and back paid from the date of completion of the experience or qualifications, provided the employee provided satisfactory evidence to the employer within three months of completion. In all other cases the employee will be classified and paid from the date satisfactory evidence is provided.

(a) A professional employee who is employed under this agreement or who is an applicant for employment covered by this agreement, must ifand when required to do so by the employer, produce to the employer written evidence that they possess or have acquired the qualifications of a Qualified scientist or Experienced scientist.
(b) Where a professional employee has failed to produce to the employer written evidence that they possess or have acquired the relevant qualifications and the employee subsequently claims to be entitled to payment at a rate prescribed by this agreement, it will be a defence to the employer if the employer establishes that during the said period the employer did not know and had no reason to believe that the employee had acquired the qualifications of a Qualified scientist or Experienced scientist.

If the employer considers that an employee has not provided satisfactory evidence and advises the employee in writing to this effect, then the employer may decline to recognise the relevant qualification or experience until such evidence is provided. Provided that the employer will not unreasonably refuse to recognise the qualifications or experience of an employee.

If the Employer considers that the Employee has not provided satisfactory evidence, and advises the Employee in writing to this effect, then the Employer may decline to recognise the relevant qualification or experience until such evidence is provided. The Employer will not unreasonably refuse to recognise the qualifications or teaching experience of an Employee. The Employee will be classified and paid from the date satisfactory evidence is provided.
4.8.2 Where an Employee has completed further teaching experience with another Employer (for example during unpaid leave) or additional qualifications after commencement of employment they will be entitled to be classified accordingly. As per subclause 4.9.1, payment will be made from the date that evidence of qualifications or experience is provided.

If an Employer considers that the Teacher has not provided satisfactory evidence, and advises the Teacher in writing to this effect, then the Employer may decline to recognise the relevant qualification or experience until such evidence is provided. Provided that the Employer will not unreasonably refuse to recognise the qualifications or teaching experience of a Teacher.
A.3.2 Where a Teacher has completed further teaching experience with another Employer (for example during unpaid leave) or additional qualifications after commencement of employment they will be entitled to be classified accordingly and back paid from the date of completion of the experience or qualifications, provided the Teacher provided satisfactory evidence to the Employer within three months of completion.
