Payment for working public holidays. Where an employee works on a public holiday the employee will be paid 250% of the ordinary hourly rate for all time worked on the public holiday.

  • Payment for annual leave (a) Before going on annual leave, an employee will be paid the amount of wages they would have received for ordinary time worked had they not been on leave during that period.
