PAYMENT OF WAGES (ALL EMPLOYEES. Wages will be paid every two weeks on a Wednesday by electronic funds transfer for work undertaken up to the previous Sunday (if a bank holiday falls on a Tuesday of a payment week, payment will then be on the Thursday of that week). PERMANENT FULL TIME EMPLOYEES Employees will be paid for all hours worked in each fourteen day pay period. Employees will be required to fulfill 152 hours within each nominated four week pay period. Payment for all hours worked will be at the group rate for which the employee is classified in Clause 3.1(b). PERMANENT PART TIME EMPLOYEES Employees will be paid for all hours worked in each fourteen day pay period. Employees will be required to fulfill 76 hours within each nominated four week pay period. Payment for all hours worked will be at the group rate for which the employee is classified in Clause 3.1(b).

  • Payment of Wages Wages will be paid weekly by electronic funds transfer (EFT). The employer shall comply with all provisions in relation to the keeping of time and wage records and production of pay slips in accordance with the Industrial Relations Xxx 0000. Each employee is responsible for the accurate and timely completion and provision of time sheets and production records.

  • All Employees The Company shall not include the shift differential in any employee’s wage rate for the calculation of overtime.

  • Timely Payment of Wages A. When a permanent full-time employee receives no pay warrant on payday, the State agrees to issue a salary advance, consistent with departmental policy and under the following conditions:

  • Newly Hired Employees All employees hired to an insurance eligible position must make their benefit elections by their initial effective date of coverage as defined in this Article, Section 5C. Insurance eligible employees will automatically be enrolled in basic life coverage. If employees eligible for a full Employer Contribution do not choose a health plan administrator and a primary care clinic by their initial effective date, and do not waive medical coverage, they will be enrolled in a Benefit Level Two clinic (or Level One, if available) that meets established access standards in the health plan with the largest number of Benefit Level One and Two clinics in the county of the employee’s residence at the beginning of the insurance year. If an employee does not choose a health plan administrator and primary care clinic by their initial effective date, but was previously covered as a dependent immediately prior to their initial effective date, they will be defaulted to the plan administrator and primary care clinic in which they were previously enrolled.

  • Benefits of Contractor’s Employees The Contractor understands and agrees that they are solely responsible for shall be liable to all benefits that are provided to their employees, including but not limited to, retirement plans, health insurance, vacation time-off, sick pay, personal leave, or any other benefit provided.

  • Overpayment of Wages (a) Where the employee has been overpaid all or part of their pay on any occasion they, or the employer, should raise the error immediately.

  • Shift Employees Employees who work rotating shift patterns or those who work qualifying shifts shall be entitled, on completion of 12 months employment on shift work, to up to an additional 5 days annual leave, based on the number of qualifying shifts worked. The entitlement will be calculated on the annual leave anniversary date. Qualifying shifts are defined as a shift which involves at least 2 hours work performed outside the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm, excluding overtime.   • ' Compensation & Employer's Liability The Service Provider shall maintain during the life of this Agreement for all of the Service Provider's employees engaged in work performed under this agreement:

  • Personnel Selection Leave With Pay Where an employee participates in a personnel selection process, including the appeal process where applicable, for a position in the Public Service or in the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, as defined in the Public Service Labour Relations Act, the employee is entitled to leave with pay for the period during which the employee's presence is required for purposes of the selection process, and for such further period as the Employer considers reasonable for the employee to travel to and from the place where his presence is so required.
