Common use of PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES Clause in Contracts

PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES. 25.01 The Employer shall pay salaries and wages bi-weekly in accordance with Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each pay day, each Employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his/her wages and deductions. Deficiencies in an Employee’s pay in excess of $50.00 shall be paid by way of an advance within three (3) days of advising the Employer.

Deficiencies in an Employee’s pay in excess of $50.00 shall be paid by way of an advance within three (3) days of advising the Employer.

On An itemized statement must include the following: Pay Period for which wages are being paid, the Employees pay rate the gross amount of wages (before taxes and other deductions) and how it was calculated. The amount and purpose of each pay day, each Employee wage deduction and the net amount of wages. Pay cheques shall be provided with an itemized statement of his/her wages and deductions. Deficiencies in an Employee’s pay in excess of $50.00 shall be paid available to Employees by way of an advance within three (3) days of advising the Employernoon.
