PAYROLL DEDUCTION - CREDIT UNION. The School District agrees to withhold employee payroll deduction to the credit union. Employees will be required to complete a form authorizing these deductions. The association agrees to indemnify and hold the school district harmless of and from any and all claims, demands, suits, grievances, or other forms of liability that may arise out of or be made reason of action taken or not taken in connection with these deductions.

  • Payroll Deduction 27. The Union shall provide the Employee Relations Director and the City Controller with a current statement of membership fees. Such statement of membership fees shall be amended as necessary. The Controller may take up to thirty (30) days to implement such changes. Effective the second complete pay period commencing after the election or request or showing described in subsection (b) and each pay period thereafter, the controller shall make membership fee or service fee deductions, as appropriate, from the regular periodic payroll warrant of each City employee described in subsection (a) thereof, and, each pay period thereafter, the Controller shall make membership fee or service fee deductions, as appropriate, from the regular payroll warrant of each such employee. Nine (9) working days following payday the controller will promptly pay over to the Union all sums withheld for membership or service fees.

  • Other Payroll Deductions In addition to the above, the City will deduct from an employee's payroll check, upon authorization by the employee, amounts payable to causes or organizations selected by the Union.   • PAYROLL DEDUCTION OF UNION DUES A. Provision shall be made by the District for payroll deductions of employee organization dues and assessments of all members upon written authorization by the employee Union member on an official form. Employees shall authorize dues deduction in accordance with Chapter 41.56.110 RCW when they become Union members. An employee may cancel their payroll deduction of dues and assessments by written notice to the Union and to the District, with the District stopping dues deductions following written confirmation from the Union that the employee’s dues/fees authorization has been terminated in compliance with the terms of the written authorization executed by the employee. The District will make every effort to end the automatic dues deduction effective on the first pay period but no later than the second pay period after receipt of the written cancellation notice from the employee and confirmation from the Union that the cancellation notice is compliant with the terms of the written authorization.

  • PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS AND DUES The following provisions shall apply to employees in classifications listed in the Appendices herein.

  • Automatic Payroll Deposit All employees covered by this agreement shall participate in the County's automatic payroll deposit program. Participation shall mean the employee's execution of a payroll authorization form and submission of a voided check or savings deposit slip to the Auditor's office. It shall be the employee's choice as to which bank he/she designates as the institution receiving the payroll funds. When the authorization form is properly executed and filed with the Auditor, the County shall automatically deposit in the employee's designated bank account the net amount of pay each designated biweekly payday.

  • DUES AND PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS 2.4.1 Payroll deductions for membership dues in the Union shall be provided by the District for members who sign and deliver to the Payroll Office the appropriate form authorizing such deductions.
