PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS AND PAY OVER. The County shall deduct Union dues from employees in represented classes in Representation Units R68 and 069 in conformity with State and County regulations. The County shall promptly pay over to the designated payee all sums so deducted. Employees may authorize dues only for the organization certified as the recognized employee organization of the Unit to which such employees are assigned.
