Payroll Deductions. The City agrees to deduct the member's payment for health insurance by payroll deduction twice a month in equal amounts. In the event the monthly excess stated above is not an even amount (i.e., Divisible by two (2)), the member shall pay two (2) equal amounts not to exceed the monthly excess, and the City will pay the monthly amount listed above plus the balance owed one cent ($.01).
