PCI Standards. If you use the Services to accept payment card transactions, you must comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) to the extent they are applicable to your business (the “PCI Standards”). SurveyMonkey provides tools to simplify your compliance with the PCI Standards, but you must ensure that your business is compliant and the specific steps you will need to take to comply with the PCI Standards will depend on your implementation of the Services.
PCI Standards. All rules, regulations, standards or guidelines adopted or required by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council relating to privacy, data security and the safeguarding, disclosure and handling of Payment Instrument Information.
PCI Standards. Nextiva provides tools to simplify your compliance with the PCI Standards, but you must ensure that your business is compliant and the specific steps You will need to take to comply with the PCI Standards will depend on Your implementation of the Services.
PCI Standards. Paymark confirms that Paymark will, throughout the term of this Agreement, maintain the required certification in respect of the PCI Standards. Paymark acknowledges that it is responsible for the security of cardholder data Paymark possesses, stores, processes or transmits on behalf of the Customer, or to the extent that Paymark could impact the security of the Customer’s cardholder data environment. Evidence of our PCI DSS compliance is available on request.
PCI Standards. Windcave confirms that Windcave will throughout the term of this Agreement comply with the requirements of the PCI Standards.
PCI Standards. Bank represents, warrants, and covenants that Bank is presently in compliance with and will remain, at all times during and after the Term during which Bank stores, processes, or transmits Cardholder Information, in compliance with the most recent effective versions of all rules, regulations, standards, and guidelines adopted or required (a) by any entity offering or supporting payment card networks whose Cardholder Information is handled by Bank, and (b) by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council (the “Council”), in each case, relating to privacy, data security, or the safeguarding, disclosure, or handling of Cardholder Information, including the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards, the Payment Card Industry’s Payment Application Data Security Standard, the Payment Card Industry’s PIN Transaction Security requirements, Visa’s Cardholder Information Security Program and Payment Application Best Practices, American Express’s Data Security Operating Policy, MasterCard’s Site Data Protection Program and POS Terminal Security program, and the analogous security programs implemented by other payment card networks, in each case, as amended, updated, replaced, or augmented from time to time (the standards described in this clause (c) being collectively referred to as the “PCI Standards”). Bank will, [***], perform all tasks, assessments, reviews, penetration tests, scans, and other activities required under the PCI Standards (including any compliance guidance related to the PCI Standards issued by the Council, its subordinate bodies, or any successors thereto) and otherwise to validate Bank’s compliance during the Term with the PCI Standards. To the extent that Bank is hosting a system or application which is Internet facing, its PCI attestation of compliance must be performed by a qualified security assessor. Bank will deliver to Company copies of all documentation necessary to verify compliance with these requirements (“Verification Documentation”). In the event Company reasonably determines that additional Verification Documentation is required under the PCI Standards or likely to be so required to verify such compliance, including a “Report on Compliance,” and an associated unqualified “Attestation of Compliance,” then, upon Company's request [***], Bank will provide such additional Verification Documentation to Company [***] from Company's request, or the timeframe required for Company to remain compliant, whichever is less. PCI Standards. 2.1 In order to maintain a high level of security in the global card payment systems and to enhance confidence in Cards as a means of payment, it is of the utmost importance that anyone who processes Card Information does so in a secure manner. For this reason, the industry has agreed on a joint industry standard for processing Card Information. The standard is called Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and is developed by inter alia Visa and MasterCard.
2.2 The Merchant undertakes to comply with the PCI DSS standard as published from time to time on xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx in order to process Card Information in a secure manner. The Instructions contain additional information regarding PCI DSS as well as a description of matters to be observed by the Merchant in general in conjunction with the processing of Card Information.
2.3 In case the Merchant suspects irregularities or fraudulent use of Card Information, the Merchant is required to report this suspicion to Bambora and the Merchant’s Payment Service Provider without delay.
2.4 The Merchant undertakes not to store any sensitive data regarding Cards or data relating to Transactions. In cases where the Merchant’s business require handling and storage of Card data, Card Information or data relating to Transactions, such handling and/or storage must be carried out in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and rules such as the “Guidelines on the security of internet payments ”(EBA/GL/2014/12)”.
2.5 The Merchant will only, and will ensure that any third party service provider utilised by the Merchant for the purpose of this Agreement (or for any service provided hereunder) will only, use technical equipment for the services that is compliant in all respects with (and, if required, approved under) the applicable standards published by PCI Security Standards Council, and the Merchant assumes liability for the compliance of any equipment used by any such third party service provider with the standards.
2.6 Bambora shall at all times have the right at its request (following the giving of reasonable notice where possible) to:
a) receive all information (and confirmations) with respect to the Merchant´s and any relevant third party service provider´s compliance with sections 2.2, 2.4 and 2.5; b) audit, or request the audit of, the Merchant’s and/or any third party´s compliance with section 2.2, 2.4 and 2.5; and
PCI Standards. With respect to Card Transactions, each Party will comply with applicable Payment Card Institute security standards, including “PCI DSS” and “PCI Payment Application DSS,” which are required to be implemented under the Network Rules.

If, in the course of providing services to University, Vendor has access to or will collect, access, use, store, process, dispose of or disclose credit, debit or other payment cardholder information, Vendor shall at all times remain in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI DSS”) requirements, including remaining aware at all times of changes to the PCI DSS and promptly implementing all procedures and practices as may be necessary to remain in compliance with the PCI DSS, in each case, at Service Provider’s sole cost and expense.

4.4 The Merchant undertakes not to store any sensitive data regarding Cards or data relating to Transactions. In cases where the Merchant’s business requires handling and storage of Card data, Card Information or data relating to Transactions, such handling and/or storage must be carried out in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and rules.
4.5 Worldline Nordics shall at all times have the right at its request (following the giving of reasonable notice where possible) to:
a) receive all information (and confirmations) with respect to the Merchant´s compliance with section 4.4; b) audit, or request the audit of, the Merchant’s compliance with section 4.4;
