PDT Meetings. The Consultant shall coordinate and attend PDT meetings with City staff and stakeholder representatives at interim periodic project milestones, as necessary. Meeting agendas for the planned meeting and summaries/notes from the previous meeting shall be prepared by Consultant for each meeting and distributed to the City’s Project Manager and other attendees. An action item list and a status of project deliverables shall be updated on an ongoing basis and be made available for each PDT meeting and member.

PDT Meetings. MGE will participate in meetings, as necessary, to complete the design tasks and coordinate between technical disciplines. MGE expects the County to organize the PDT meetings, at intervals to be determined, during the project development and design process, and will include the preparation of meeting minutes. MGE expects to have a comment resolution meeting after the County completes their review of each deliverable. This meeting could be either virtual or in person.

PDT Meetings. XXXX will facilitate Project Development Team (PDT) meetings with appropriate staff and stakeholders at the County offices as necessary to manage and deliver the project. For purposes of this scope, a total of 6 meetings at the County offices are assumed. KHA has included budget to attend 3 meetings in San Xxxx Obispo in person (12 hours per meeting for preparation, attendance, and travel time), and 3 meetings via telephone (3 hours per meeting for preparation and attendance). XXXX will participate in additional monthly team meetings via telephone to keep the PDT informed of the status of the project. XXXX will prepare meeting agendas and meeting minutes with action items for each meeting. Draft minutes will be circulated for review and comment within 5 business days of the meeting and final minutes will be prepared within 15 business days after the meeting.
PDT Meetings. Xxxx & Peers will help coordinate and facilitate up to three PDT meetings corresponding to the 30%, 90% and 100% PS&E submittal stages.

  • TAC Meetings The goal of this subtask is for the TAC to provide strategic guidance for the project by participating in regular meetings, which may be held via teleconference. The Recipient shall: • Discuss the TAC meeting schedule with the CAM at the Kick-off meeting. Determine the number and location of meetings (in-person and via teleconference) in consultation with the CAM. • Prepare a TAC Meeting Schedule that will be presented to the TAC members during recruiting.   • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party. Such meeting shall take place at a time mutually convenient to both parties. Any use of Company time for attendance at such meetings shall be arranged in advance by mutual agreement.

  • Job Meetings Conduct a preconstruction conference with each subcontractor after award of the subcontract and prior to the start of its portion of the Work. Hold weekly progress and coordination meetings, or more frequently if required by Work progress, to provide for the timely completion of the Work. In addition, Construction Contractor shall arrange and conduct regular weekly Project status meetings with Design Professional and Owner. Construction Contractor shall use the job site meetings as a tool for the preplanning of Work and enforcing schedules, and for establishing procedures, responsibilities, and identification of authority for all parties to clearly understand. During these meetings, Construction Contractor shall identify the party or parties responsible for following up on any problems, delay items or questions, and Construction Contractor shall note the action to be taken by such party or parties. Construction Contractor shall revisit each pending item at each subsequent meeting until resolution is achieved. Construction Contractor shall attempt to obtain from all present any problems or delaying event known to them for appropriate attention and resolution. Construction Contractor shall prepare written minutes of job meetings described in this Subsection and deliver copies of such written minutes to Owner and Design Professional within three (3) days of each meeting.

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential.

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.

  • Public Meetings The Governing Board is subject to and shall comply with the Open and Public Meetings Act, O.C.G.A. § 50-14-1 et seq., and any subsequent amendment thereof. The Governing Board shall conduct regular meetings consistent with principles of transparency and avoidance of actual or apparent conflicts of interest in the governance of the Charter School.

  • Staff Meetings Staff meetings, whether in the store or off the premises, shall be considered as time worked and paid for accordingly, except meal meetings at which the attendance is voluntary. Such meal meetings in excess of three (3) during each Contract year shall be considered as time worked and paid for accordingly.

  • Company Meetings Attendance at Company meetings (as distinguished from store meetings) shall not be required, but shall be completely voluntary on the part of the employee.

  • Management meetings 31.1 Either the Engineer or the Contractor may require the other to attend a management meeting. The business of a management meeting shall be to review the plans for remaining work and to deal with matters raised in accordance with the early warning procedure.

  • Mandatory Meetings All residential students are required to attend the following building meetings. Time & locations will be communicated by the RAs through individual contact, emails and/or signs in the buildings. A $25 fee will be charged to any students who do not attend without an approved absence. The meetings will be held on the following dates (dates subject to change): Monday, August 30th, 2021 – 7:00 or 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 8, 2021 Monday, February 1, 2022 Tuesday, April 27, 2022
