Penalties for Misuse.  Anyone found to be accessing inappropriate material may have their internet use terminated immediately.  Any infringement may result in access to SLLC IT equipment being withdrawn for a specified period, and the matter may be reported to the appropriate authority.  In addition, users found to be seriously infringing the Acceptable Use Agreement may, at our discretion, have access to SLLC IT equipment withdrawn permanently.  If users infringe the Acceptable Use Agreement while using their own devices, user logins may not be provided in future.
Penalties for Misuse. If the student violates this agreement by misusing the Internet, technology equipment, personal devices or other digital tools, he/she shall be subject to appropriate disciplinary action including, but not limited to: termination of Internet, technology equipment, &/or personal device use privileges. The penalty tax may also be avoided if the distribution is rolled over to another individual retirement account. See Item 9 above for special rules applicable to distributions from a SIMPLE IRA.

  • Sanctions for Violations 6.1 Any breach of the aforesaid provisions by the BIDDER or anyone employed by it or acting on its behalf (whether with or without the knowledge of the BIDDER) shall entitle the BUYER to take all or any one of the following actions, wherever required:-
