Penetration Tests. A cylinder pressurised to 20 MPa ± 1 MPa with compressed gas shall be penetrated by an armour piercing bullet with a diameter of 7.62 mm or greater. The bullet shall completely penetrate at least one side wall of the cylinder. For type CNG-1 designs, the projectile shall impact the side wall at 90°. For type CNG-2, CNG-3 and CNG-4 designs, the projectile shall impact the side wall at an approximate angle of 45°. The cylinder shall reveal no evidence of fragmentation failure. Loss of small pieces of material, each not weighing more than 45 grams, shall not constitute failure of the test. The approximate size of entrance and exit openings and their locations shall be recorded.
Penetration Tests. The Client is authorised to carry out penetration tests on the Services (hereinafter "Penetration Test(s)") by itself or by a duly appointed third party auditor of its choice. The performance of these operations does not require OVHcloud to be notified. These Penetration Tests shall be carried out in accordance with the laws and regulations in force. The Client shall obtain the authorization of the Users and rights holders of the scope targeted by the test. The conditions whereby the Client entrusts the third party auditor with the performance of the Penetration Tests are the subject of a separate agreed concluded between the Client and the auditor, and include all the conditions of this article. The Client declares and guarantees to OVHcloud that all the conditions for conducting the Penetration Tests stipulated herein will be respected, including by the auditor who acts under the full responsibility of the Client.
Penetration Tests. The Client may carry out penetration tests on the non-mutualized Services (the "Penetration Test(s)") under the conditions set out below. The Penetration Test(s) may be carried out by the Client or by a third party appointed by the Client, who is then responsible for carrying out the Penetration Test(s). In this case, the Client must ensure that the third-party accepts and complies with the conditions of this article and those of Article 13 (Confidentiality). The Client must obtain prior authorization from the Users of the perimeter targeted by the Penetration Test and inform them of its potential impact (notably unavailability of the Service and loss of data). The Client is solely responsible for the consequences of Penetration Tests on Services and Content. Penetration Tests must exclusively conducted on the Services used by the Client, and must not: (a) target elements and Infrastructures other than those used exclusively by the Client (in particular OVHcloud's Infrastructures, networks and shared services); (b) disrupt the proper operation of the Services, OVHcloud's Infrastructures and networks or have any impact whatsoever on Services provided to other Clients. Security measures on the Services remain active and may result in the Services being unavailable. At the end of a Penetration Test, a written audit report must be sent to OVHcloud (i) at its request, or (ii) if the Penetration Test has detected flaws or vulnerabilities. All information disclosed or collected as part of the Penetration Test (including the audit report) and concerning OVHcloud, is considered confidential within the meaning of Article 13 (Confidentiality).

Penetration Tests. At least once annually, Alteryx undertakes penetration testing of the Licensed Products by an independent third party and promptly remediates all critical and high vulnerabilities identified in penetration test results. All other findings are remediated in a timeframe that is commensurate with the identified risks.
Penetration Tests. Customer may request to perform, at its own expenses, an application penetration test of the Subscription Service, which shall be no more than once per year. Customer must notify DXC and ServiceNow in advance of any tests by submitting a request using ServiceNow’s online support portal and completing a penetration testing agreement. DXC, ServiceNow, and Customer will agree upon a mutually acceptable time for the test, which shall typically be within thirty (30) days of such request. The test shall be of reasonable duration, conducted during reasonable times and shall not unreasonably interfere with DXC’s or ServiceNow’s day-to-day operations. Customer shall notify DXC and ServiceNow should Customer detect any vulnerability. Upon such notice, DXC and/or ServiceNow shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to promptly make any necessary changes to the Subscription Service.
Penetration Tests. 6.1 BY A THIRD-PARTY. Kensu contracts with third-party vendors to perform a penetration test on the Kensu application per family release to identify risks and remediation that help increase security.
Penetration Tests. 7.1. By a Third Party. ServiceNow contracts with third party vendors to perform an annual penetration test on the ServiceNow platform to identify risks and remediation that help increase security.
Penetration Tests. Pursuant to the DSTISS, DST will conduct external penetration tests at least annually on the systems, applications, networks and sites used by DST in the performance of providing the Services. These scans will be performed by an independent third party. Upon written request, DST will promptly provide Customer with the results of such external penetration tests. Communication or notices should be sent in accordance with Section 12.8 of the Agreement.
Penetration Tests. Brightfin shall perform or contract with a third-party vendor to perform a penetration test on the application on a regular basis (at least annually) to identify risks and remediation that help increase security.
