Per Diem to FTE Seniority. If an employee is initially hired into a per diem status (cannot be already in an FTE position) and subsequently obtains a full or part time position within the same Job Title as the employee has worked immediately prior to taking the full or part time position, the employee will be credited with Job Title Seniority based on actual hours worked as a per diem in that Job Title.

  • Super Seniority In the event of a layoff, the Plant Chairperson, Committeepersons and Stewards shall have super seniority.
