Performance-based Goals and Measurable Objectives. In exchange for the flexibility granted in Section 6 above, the Charter School agrees to meet or exceed the following performance- based goals and measurable objectives that are designed to result in improvement of student achievement:

The Charter School agrees that the consequences set forth in Appendix A shall be triggered upon notification by GaDOE of the Charter School’s failure to achieve the goals listed in Appendix A.
