PERFORMANCE RECORD / SUSPENSION. Upon request of the State, Vendor shall meet to discuss performance or provide contract performance updates to help ensure proper performance of the contract. The State may consider Vendor’s performance under this contract and compliance with law and rule to determine whether to continue the contract, suspend Vendor from doing future business with the State for a specified period of time, or whether Vendor can be considered responsible on specific future contract opportunities.

The State may consider the Contractor’s performance under this Contract and compliance with law and rule to determine whether to continue the Contract, suspend the Contractor from doing future business with the State for a specified period of time, or to determine whether the Contractor can be considered responsible on specific future contract opportunities.
PERFORMANCE RECORD / SUSPENSION. Upon request of the Department, Grantee shall meet to discuss performance or provide Agreement performance updates to help ensure proper performance of the Agreement. The Department may consider Grantee’s performance and compliance with all applicable laws, under this or any other current grant agreement with the Department, in determining whether to continue the Agreement and assessing Grantee’s eligibility to receive future grants. After due consideration of any non-performance or non-compliance with the requirements outlined in the Grant Instructions, including failure to perform or comply, under this Agreement or any other current grant agreement with the Department, the Department may, at its sole discretion, immediately suspend this Agreement or any other current grant agreement between Grantee and the Department. Suspension under this Section shall be effective upon Grantee’s receipt of notice.

The Department may immediately suspend a grant agreement after due consideration of any issues affecting the Grantee’s performance.

  • SCHEDULE FOR PERFORMANCE REVIEWS 7.1 The performance of the Employee in relation to his performance agreement shall be reviewed for the following quarters with the understanding that the reviews in the first and the third quarter may be verbal if performance is satisfactory:

  • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.

  • EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE REVIEW AND EMPLOYEE FILES D9.01 For the purpose of this Article: (a) a formal assessment and/or appraisal of an employee’s performance means any written assessment and/or appraisal by any supervisor of how well the employee has performed his assigned tasks during a specified period in the past; (b) formal assessment and/or appraisals of employee performance shall be recorded on a form prescribed by the Employer for this purpose. (a) When a formal assessment of an employee’s performance is made, the employee concerned must be given an opportunity to sign the assessment form in question upon its completion to indicate that its contents have been read. An employee’s signature on his assessment form shall be considered to be an indication only that its contents have been read and shall not indicate his concurrence with the statements contained on the form. (b) The Employer’s representative(s) who assesses an employee’s performance must have observed or been aware of the employee’s performance for at least one-half (½) of the period for which the employee’s performance is evaluated. D9.03 When an employee disagrees with the assessment and/or appraisal of his work he shall have the right to present written counter arguments to the manager(s) or committee(s) responsible for the assessment and/or appraisal decision. D9.04 Upon written request of an employee, the personnel file of that employee shall be made available once per year for his examination in the presence of an authorized representative of the Employer. D9.05 When a report pertaining to an employee’s performance or conduct is placed on that employee’s personnel file, the employee concerned shall be given an opportunity to sign the report in question to indicate that its contents have been read.

  • Performance Reviews The Employee will be provided with a written performance appraisal at least once per year and said appraisal will be reviewed at which time all aspects of the assessment can be fully discussed.

  • Annual Performance Review The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.

  • Performance Improvement Plan timely and accurate completion of key actions due within the reporting period 100 percent The Supplier will design and develop an improvement plan and agree milestones and deliverables with the Authority 3.2 The Authority may from time to time make changes to the KPIs measured as set out in paragraph 3.1 above and shall issue a replacement version to the Supplier. The Authority shall give notice In Writing of any such change to the KPIs measured and shall specify the date from which the replacement KPIs must be used for future reports. Such date shall be at least thirty (30) calendar days following the date of the notice to the Supplier.
