Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Master Contract is a stand-alone Performance-based Acquisition (PBA) independent from task order PBA requirements. The Master Contract PWS is limited to post award contract administration performance and reporting requirements as noted throughout Sections G and H. Critical performance standards are established for the Master Contract in Attachment J-1 Performance Requirements Summary (PRS). The PRS listings of Performance Objectives indicate the performance level required by the Government to meet the Master Contract requirements. For Orders issued under the Master Contract, OCO’s will develop and execute their own PWS and PBA methods independent of the Master Contract PWS and PBA requirements.
Performance Work Statement (PWS). OMES has a requirement for continued managed discovery services to respond to numerous ongoing/pending (or imminent or reasonably anticipated), requests for documents related to litigation and FOIA requests. Over time, the level and type of support may vary whether due to evolving nature of information requests, technology innovation, or the emergence of mission- critical issues. As specific services and types and sizes of matters are undetermined at this time, OMES seeks a contract vehicle that allows the State flexibility to scale over time and to respond to support needs as they arise.
Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Performance Work Statement (PWS), in the format provided for in Exhibit A and Exhibit A-1 attached to this Contract, outlines the services pursuant to this Contract. Supplier shall perform any and all contractual obligations at the times and locations set forth in the applicable PWS and at the rates set forth in Exhibit B to this Contract. Any change to the PWS must be described in a written change request. Change requests will be subject to written approval of the other Party before it becomes part of this Contract.

  • Performance Schedule The Parties will perform their respective responsibilities in accordance with the Performance Schedule. By executing this Agreement, Customer authorizes Motorola to proceed with contract performance.

  • The Performance Improvement Process (a) The Performance Improvement Process will focus on the risks of non-performance and problem-solving. It may include one or more of the following actions: (1) a requirement that the HSP develop and implement an improvement plan that is acceptable to the LHIN; (2) the conduct of a Review; (3) an amendment of the HSP’s obligations; (4) an in-year, or year-end, adjustment to the Funding, among other possible means of responding to the Performance Factor or improving performance. (b) Any performance improvement process begun under a prior service accountability agreement that was not completed under the prior agreement will continue under this Agreement. Any performance improvement required by a LHIN under a prior service accountability agreement will be deemed to be a requirement of this Agreement until fulfilled or waived by the LHIN.

  • Registry Performance Specifications Registry Performance Specifications for operation of the TLD will be as set forth in Specification 10 attached hereto (“Specification 10”). Registry Operator shall comply with such Performance Specifications and, for a period of at least one (1) year, shall keep technical and operational records sufficient to evidence compliance with such specifications for each calendar year during the Term.

  • Performance by Contractor The Contractor, at the Contractor's own expense, shall, except as herein otherwise specifically provided, furnish and provide all and every kind of labour and superintendence, services, tools, implements, machinery, plant materials, articles and whatsoever is necessary for the due execution of the work. The Contractor shall fully construct and erect the work in the most thorough, professional and substantial manner, in every respect to the satisfaction and approval of the Engineer. The Contractor shall complete the work within the time specified herein and deliver it to the Minister in the manner and upon the terms and conditions of the Contract.

  • Project/Milestones Taxpayer provides refrigerated warehousing and logistic distribution services to clients throughout the United States. In consideration for the Credit, Taxpayer agrees to invest in a new refrigeration and distribution facility in the XxXxxxxxx Park area of Sacramento, California, and hire full-time employees (collectively, the “Project”). Further, Taxpayer agrees to satisfy the milestones as described in Exhibit A (“Milestones”) and must maintain Milestones for a minimum of three (3) taxable years thereafter. In the event Taxpayer employs more than the number of full-time employees, determined on an annual full-time equivalent basis, than required in Exhibit A, for purposes of satisfying the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” Taxpayer may use the salaries of any of the full-time employees hired within the required time period. For purposes of calculating the “Minimum Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired” and the “Cumulative Average Annual Salary of California Full-time Employees Hired,” the salary of any full-time employee that is not employed by Taxpayer for the entire taxable year shall be annualized. In addition, the salary of any full-time employee hired to fill a vacated position in which a full-time employee was employed during Taxpayer’s Base Year shall be disregarded.
