PERFORMANCEBRIDGE FOCAL POINT. 5.1 During the term of this Agreement, Philips will provide Customer access to the PerformanceBridge Focal Point Licensed Software (“Focal Point”). Access to Focal Point is available to Customer and Philips support personnel working on-site and remotely. Philips will install Focal Point on virtual or physical hardware, pursuant to the system installation and reference guide. Customer will be entitled to all new software versions, updates, telephone (at the number stated in Section 4.1 of this exhibit) and remote support during the term of the Agreement.
