Periodic Services. All periodic services shall be performed within the frequencies listed in these specifications.

A written schedule shall be provided to the District Manager and Contract Facility Manager with dates and times when quarterly, semi-annual, and annual services will need to be provided.

Periodic Services. Wipe down all tile walls and metal partitions. Partitions shall be left in an unstreaked condition after this work. Thoroughly clean all ceramic tile floors when required.

Apply general purpose cleaner to all surfaces and scrub as per manufacturer’s recommendations. Rinse all surfaces. .2 Primary Cleaning (Step Two) .1 Apply approved pH balanced Quaternary Germicidal disinfectant solution (Hospital Grade) to all surfaces. .2 Allow disinfectant contact time of 10 minutes or according to manufacturer’s recommendations. .3 Rinse all surfaces ensuring removal of all residues .4 Dry/polish plumbing fixtures. .5 The use of a dry steam vapour machine shall also be acceptable. .6 Floors shall be washed once daily.

Periodic Services. 1. Floors under elevator carpets to be maintained in a clean condition and detergent washed not less than twice annually. ELEVATOR LOBBIES AND CORRIDORS A. NIGHTLY SERVICES 1. Tile floors will be swept with a treated dust mop four (4) nights per week and on the fifth night will be spray buffed on a rotational basis. 2. All cigarette urns will be emptied and cleaned 3. All horizontal ledges within normal arm's reach will be dusted using a treated cloth. 4. Drinking fountains will be cleaned and disinfected. 5. All carpeted floors will be vacuumed.

(2) Carpeted floors will be thoroughly vacuumed weekly: wall-to-wall, corners and edges, desk ▇▇▇▇▇, and shall be spot-cleaned weekly, spots defined as having a maximum diameter of three (3) inches. (3) Vertical surfaces, such as sides of desks, tables, filing cabinets, and equipment will be hand dusted weekly. (4) Wall hangings (except artwork), tops of doors, high ledges and cabinets, exit signs, wall clocks and similar items will be dusted once per month. (5) All fabric chairs will be whisked or vacuumed monthly. (6) Telephones will be wiped clean monthly with a germicidal agent. (7) All kick plates, push plates, and similar metal will be cleaned weekly. (8) All waste receptacles will be washed monthly. (9) Blinds/drapes will be dusted/vacuumed twice annually, as appropriate. (10) Window ledges will be damp-wiped weekly. (11) Wax, scuffmarks, or dust will be removed from baseboards weekly. (12) Interior glazing will be washed, on both sides, twice each year. (13) Recycling receptacles will be emptied and relined as required. (14) Carpeted flooring will be professionally steam cleaned once each year.

(2) If applicable, landings will be spray-buffed weekly, refinished as necessary to maintain an optimum appearance, stripped and refinished annually. (3) All baseboards, handrails, ledges, interior doors, kick and push plates, handles and door knobs, and light fixtures will be dusted monthly.

Periodic Services. Scrub or otherwise recondition all resilient or composition flooring to provide a level of appearance equivalent to a completely refinished floor twice per year.

The Landlord shall arrange for such changing and the cleaning of each set not less than twice annually. 5. Threshold plates on elevator cabs and elevator lobby floors to be cleaned or vacuumed.
