Permission to Film. Owner gives DePaul permission to film footage on (date and, if applicable, time) at ("Location"), which is owned or otherwise controlled by Owner, relating to projects for the students' coursework in DePaul's School of Cinematic Arts.** Owner understands that such filming shall require DePaul to bring film equipment and support personnel to Location. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, Owner shall not charge De Paul any use f ee or other f ee for the activities described in this Agreement.

Permission to Film. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and in consideration of the Location Fee and/or other valuable consideration The Chancellor, Masters and Scholars of the University of Cambridge acting by and through the [Faculty or Department or other University unit and full postal address] (the ”University”) grants permission to the Licensee and persons authorised by the Licensee to enter upon the University premises and the University Location and to video/film and/or make sound recordings at the University Location (“Filming/Recording”) for the duration of the Filming/Recording Period for the purpose of inclusion of the Filming/Recording in the Production but not otherwise (“Recordings for the Production”). Any further filming/recording or use of the University Location on any dates or times other than the Filming/Recording Period shall also be subject to the terms of this Agreement.

The Licensee’s signature or, if none, the provision of the University Location as contemplated herein shall be conclusive evidence of the Licensee’s acceptance of the Agreement provided the Licensee has notice of all the terms of this Agreement.
