Within 3 days of the signing of this Agreement, the Petitioner agrees to file with Commerce a request for a “no interestchanged circumstances review of the CVD Order on Supercalendered Paper from Canada substantially in the form set forth in Attachment A, wherein Petitioner will express a lack of interest in the CVD Order dating back to August 3, 2015, and specifically request that the effective date of the notice of revocation of the CVD Order shall be August 3, 2015.
