Phased commissioning of Solar Rooftop Power System. 14.5.1 The SPD will notify Railways at least 15 (fifteen) working days before the likely date of Commissioning of any Unit and at least 10 (ten) working days before the likely date for carrying out the Commissioning Tests. Railways will have the option of nominating one representative each to participate in the process of confirming the Commissioning Tests of the Unit / Facility. All costs pertaining to the installation and Commissioning of the systems shall be borne by the SPD and will not be recoverable in any form from Railways.
