PHOTOCOPYING. The employer shall provide access to a photocopying machine in the Faculty of Graduate Studies, the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Arts at cost for the copying of the final copy of Master’s theses or their equivalent, including Major Research Papers as defined in Article 15.07, and Doctoral dissertations for present and past bargaining unit members who are graduate students at York. The number of copies provided shall be the number demanded by the Faculty of Graduate Studies for purposes of oral examinations and the number of copies demanded by the Faculty of Graduate Studies for degree requirements.
PHOTOCOPYING. MCPL will attempt to include WVLS in MCPL copier contracts. As provided by those contracts, agrees to try to provide the WVLS office with a working photocopy machine of similar age and with similar features as other MCPL machines; and agrees to invoice WVLS for the use it makes of these photocopy machines at a rate which is no higher than that paid to the vendor by MCPL.
PHOTOCOPYING. Students may copy journal articles book chapters free of charge from library books and journals for school use. Any non-school-related photocopies may be made for ten cents a page. The library's copier may only be used to make copies from library material. Copies from other material and multiple copies of the same item should be made on the photocopier in the XX Xxxxx Building.
PHOTOCOPYING. Unit members shall have access to photocopiers during school hours and designated prep times. OSA shall provide paper in multiple sizes (8.5 x 11, 11 x 17, legal size) as well as a selection of colored paper. Copiers shall be kept in working order. If a copier malfunctions, teachers may attempt to address jams, but more extensive repairs/maintenance should be initially addressed by Technology Services within ninety (90) minutes of the report of the malfunction. Staff shall be notified of any copiers that will be down beyond that time frame, along with an estimated time for repair. At least one (1) high-speed copier should be capable of reproducing multiple large quantities of copies. During peak copying times (beginning of the year, finals week, end of semester, etc.), OSA shall ensure copiers are in working order to the best of its ability.
PHOTOCOPYING. A good quality photocopier and an adequate supply of A4 size paper with a minimum weight of 80 g shall be situated in the secretariat or in the hospitality room for the use of the organizing committee and the EPF.
PHOTOCOPYING. 8.3.1 The Council will provide the Trade Union access to photocopying services, at no cost except where for campaigning purposes there will be a charge, e.g.: pay claim, industrial action, etc.

PHOTOCOPYING. The Hospital agrees to photocopy material for the Local Union as requested and to bill the Union for this service on a monthly basis. Local Union officials will present material to be photocopied to the Personnel Office Secretary who will arrange to have it photocopied and return to the official as expeditiously as possible. The Hospital agrees that following its commitment to provide an member with Certified Worker Training, that will have the next right of first refusal to the following certified worker. PHOTOCOPYING. 3.1 Where representatives need to circulate documents which are the subject of joint discussion, management will make available the appropriate number of copies. If further copies are required, photocopying facilities will be made available free of charge.
