The President may require a Professional Employee to continue leave until the end of a semester if the leave begins more than five (5) weeks before the end of a semester, lasts more than three (3) weeks and the return would occur during the last three (3) weeks of the semester. Notice of Move-Out form submitted to the Student Life Office by given deadline (December 11, 2020 - for those intending to move off campus at the end of the fall semester) Room cleaned according to standards (your RA will discuss these with you prior to checkout) Room checkout form completed by student and RA/RD by the checkout deadline. A $100 fee may be assessed for improper checkouts (not following the procedures listed above).
