PHYSICAL POSTING. NMSU agrees to comply with the notice provisions of the FMLA by posting physical notice posters in any Main Campus building where faculty offices are located. For community colleges, posters will be located in the Administration Buildings. Compliance can be verified with cell phone photographs or otherwise, and a list of all locations where postings occur and a certification of compliance will be provided to Class Counsel annually, by April 1, 2016 of each year during the term of this Agreement. Proof of initial compliance will be made within 30 days of the Effective Date.

  • Physical Exams The Employer agrees to provide without cost to employees, physical examinations and/or other appropriate tests when such tests are deemed necessary by management to determine whether the health of employees is being or has been adversely affected by exposure to potentially harmful physical agents, toxic materials, or infectious agents, or by attacks and assaults. The Employer agrees to provide to each affected employee who requests it a complete and accurate written report of any such medical examination or other appropriate tests related to occupational exposure. Additionally, written results of an industrial hygiene measurements or investigations related to an employee's occupational exposure will also be provided, upon request, to the employee or the employee's authorized representative. The Union and/or members of the applicable Health and Safety Committee will be provided copies of summary reports, but such reports will not contain personally identifying information.

  • Physical Examination The Employer, at its own expense, shall have the right and be given the opportunity to have a medical doctor appointed by the Employer examine, as often as it may reasonably require, any employee whose injury, sickness, mental or nervous disorder is the basis of claim upon this Plan.

  • Physical Examinations Where the Employer requires an employee to take a physical examination, doctor's fees for such examination shall be paid by the Employer. Except prior to commencement of employment and the first four (4) weeks of employment, such examinations shall be taken during the employee's working hours without loss of pay to the employee.

  • Annual Physical Examination A permanent employee shall be granted up to one day per year with pay for the purpose of a comprehensive physical examination provided that the verification of such an examination is submitted to the District.

  • Physical Fitness New Employees. New employees are required to file a medical examination report with the Director of Health Services before reporting for duty in the Des Moines schools. The employee must pay the cost of this examination given by a physician of his/her choice and reported on the form provided by the Employer.

  • Information in Postings Such notice shall contain the following information: Nature of position, qualifications, required knowledge and education, skills, wage or salary rate or range and location.   • JOB POSTING The following provision will appear in all collective agreements replacing any related provision that existed in the hospital's expiring collective agreement: (Any provision pertaining to definition of temporary vacancies, non-bargaining unit applications, outside advertising, interim placements or criteria for selection except as it relates to promotions and transfers that existed in the hospital's expiring collective agreement will be continued as the last paragraph of this Article). "Where a permanent vacancy occurs in a classification within the bargaining unit or a new position within the bargaining unit is established by the Hospital, such vacancy shall be posted for a period of seven (7) consecutive calendar days. Applications for such vacancy shall be made in writing within the seven (7) day period referred to herein. The postings shall stipulate the qualifications, classifications, rate of pay, department and shift and a copy shall be provided to the Chief Xxxxxxx. Vacancies created by the filling of an initial permanent vacancy will be posted for a period of three (3) consecutive calendar days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Applications for such vacancies shall be made in writing within the three (3) day period referred to herein. In matters of promotion and staff transfer appointment shall be made of the senior applicant able to meet the normal requirements of the job. The name of the successful applicant will be posted on the bulletin board for a period of seven (7) calendar days. Where there are no successful applicants from within this bargaining unit for vacant positions referred to in this Article, employees in other CUPE bargaining units at the Hospital will be selected in accordance with the criteria for selection above, prior to considering persons who are not members of CUPE bargaining units at the Hospital. The employees eligible for consideration shall be limited to those employees who have applied for the position in accordance with this Article, and selection shall be made in accordance with this Article. The successful applicant shall be allowed a trial period of up to thirty (30) days, during which the Hospital will determine if the employee can satisfactorily perform the job. Within this period the employee may voluntarily return, or be returned by the Hospital to the position formerly occupied, without loss of seniority. The vacancy resulting from the posting may be filled on a temporary basis until the trial period is completed. A list of vacancies filled in the preceding month under this Article and the names of the successful applicants will be posted, with a copy provided to the union."

  • Job Postings The employee may apply for a job posting at either home based on their seniority at the designated employer. The vacancy will be filled in accordance with Article 9 of the collective agreement. Where seniority is the deciding factor the most senior candidate will be selected regardless of which home her/his seniority was accumulated.

  • Postings The posting will include the projected end date of the position. A casual employee who bids into any vacancy pursuant to Article 17.03(A) and (B) above will have her status changed to regular for the duration of the time worked in the temporary position and will then revert to casual status. Internal regular employees will return to their previous status and external candidates will return to their pre-employment status. Employees in these positions will be given a minimum of ten (10) calendar days’ notice of any change to the projected end date of the position.

  • Physical File Characteristics 7.2.1 The EODUF feed will be distributed to Comcast Phone over their existing Optional Daily Usage File (ODUF) feed. The EODUF messages will be intermingled among Comcast Phone’s Optional Daily Usage File (ODUF) messages. The EODUF will be a variable block format (2476) with an LRECL of 2472. The data on the EODUF will be in a non-compacted EMI format (175 byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis (Monday through Friday except holidays). 7.2.2 Data circuits (private line or dial-up) may be required between BellSouth and Comcast Phone for the purpose of data transmission. Where a dedicated line is required, Comcast Phone will be responsible for ordering the circuit, overseeing its installation and coordinating the installation with BellSouth. Comcast Phone will also be responsible for any charges associated with this line. Equipment required on the BellSouth end to attach the line to the mainframe computer and to transmit successfully ongoing will be negotiated on an individual case basis. Where a dial-up facility is required, dial circuits will be installed in the BellSouth data center by BellSouth and the associated charges assessed to Comcast Phone. Additionally, all message toll charges associated with the use of the dial circuit by Comcast Phone will be the responsibility of Comcast Phone. Associated equipment on the BellSouth end, including a modem, will be negotiated on an individual case basis between the Parties. Version 4Q01 12/01/01 All equipment, including modems and software, that is required on Comcast Phone’s end for the purpose of data transmission will be the responsibility of Comcast Phone.
