PILOT’S PROFESSIONAL FLYING. 2.5.1 An Officer shall serve the Company by operating any aircraft as defined in the Company’s Air Operator’s Certificate in any part of the world and on any of the routes served by the Company, including the operation of special or chartered flights as required by the Company, and perform such other duties in the air and or on the ground that relate to the Company’s flight operations.
PILOT’S PROFESSIONAL FLYING. This Agreement contemplates that Pilots shall devote their entire professional flying service to the Company. This paragraph shall also relate specifically to Company Policy Regulations concerning participation in any capacity in a competing company.

The Design Professional is not an employee of the Owner but is engaged or retained by it for the purpose of performing design and construction administration services for the project. The term “Design Professional” includes architects, engineers, surveyors, designers, and other consultants retained by the Design Professional.
