Playtime. Pet owner understands there are inherent risks and circumstances associated with boarding their pet and any daily activities of their pets. This includes but not limited to injuries from running, slipping, tripping, falling, colliding, jumping, climbing, scratching, contagious disease or illness. Pet owner agrees to release Destiny’s Club Mutt and its employees of any liability for injury or illness associated with boarding and any activities. Co-mingled/group playtime with other dogs requires signed waiver by owner of pet. Safety is number one and playtime is monitored by our staff, but occasionally incidents occur. Pet owner understands and accepts risks associated with co-mingling, to include but not limited to; injury from another dog by rough play, colliding, biting, scratching, fighting or any other injury. Owner is responsible for cost associated with their own pet as a result of group play. All playtime is at the discretion of Destiny’s Club Mutt. If the safety of a pet or staff member is concerned, the pet will not go to playtime. Pets without a signed group play time waiver will receive play time individually with a staff member. -When weather permits, playtime may include playing in pond, kiddie pools and water. Owner understands this and agrees to notify Destiny’s Club Mutt of any concerns with water play.
Playtime. Playtime during tournaments is not guaranteed or negotiable and decisions about playing time will be made solely by the WAVE coaching staff and directors. Coaches will do their best to provide playing time to all players; however, every player must be willing to accept this rule in order to participate at this level. Team Placement: Players must accept placement on the team by emailing the club director and paying the online deposit. If a player doesn't accept within the time period stated in the e-mail, their position can be given to another player. Zero Tolerance: WAVE BASKETBALL has a zero tolerance policy when a player is caught using profanity, possessing or using tobacco, drugs, or alcohol during any club event. WAVE players must adhere to curfew guidelines. Any participant found with someone who is not associated with the WAVE BASKETBALL group or with anyone of the opposite sex (other than a parent or sibling) in rooms will be immediately removed from the team. Players must adhere to all USAV and AAU rules & policies. Any violation of the above rules could result in the suspension or expulsion from WAVE BASKETBALL at the discretion of its directors. Club tuition and fees will not be refunded to players who violate these rules and lose their place on a team as a result. .

Playtime. We will provide all play equipment and toys. Toys from home will not be accepted into our program. Blankets and/or beds from home are welcome for your pet’s comfort during rest periods and naptime.
Playtime. I understand and agree that my Pet(s) will have individual access to one of BRB's 5 fenced in areas a minimum of 4 times per day. I understand that my Pet(s) will not participate in Group Play at BRB unless I am present to supervisor my Pet(s). BRB will take reasonable measures that my Pet(s) is/are contained within the fenced area, but does not assume any liability in the event my Pet(s) escape the confined area. For the health and safety of your Pet(s) please note below if your dog has a history of jumping or climbing fences and height of said fences as well as if your Pet(s) has/have a tendency to dig. Coaches will do their best to provide playing time to all players; however, every player must be willing to accept this rule in order to participate at the club level. Team Placement: Players must accept placement on a team by accepting and responding to the RH club offer email received from the Club Director within 48 hours upon receipt of the offer. The Club Initial Deposit fee of $600 must be paid immediately and no later than 7 days from acceptance of the official club offer. If a player does not accept within the 48 hour time period as stated in the offer e-mail or fails to pay initial club fee, their position can be given to another player.
