Pool Access. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide access to pool on regularly scheduled day or if notice is provided of an alternate day. If for some reason, such as illness, family emergency, automobile accident or trouble, etc. your pool technician is not able to service your pool, service will be provided by another pool technician. We will attempt to advise you of these situations, but due to timings, are not required to. If you currently have a locked gate, a combination lock is preferred. If a key lock is used, we will need be provided with two working keys for each lock. If we arrive on the regular scheduled service day and we are not able to access the pool, there will be no credit for this missed visit. If we must return before the next scheduled visit, a $25 return trip fee will be assessed. Holiday Service - If the service date falls on a holiday, service may be conducted 1-2 days before, or after, normally scheduled day. During the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, and/or New Years, only PARTIAL service will be completed due to time constraints. This will be Chemicals/bags/baskets and equipment check. There will be no change to normal charges or refunds for this service. Severe Weather/Freeze Checks – In the event of Severe weather or temperatures below 35 degrees, we will perform a chemical/bags/baskets and equipment check. No refunds will be provided for this type of visit. Dogs and Other Pets – It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their pets are properly arranged for on the normal day of service. Please ensure that they are in the house or in their kennel/crate on day of service. We are not responsible for pets that escape on normal day of service. If we cannot access pool due to hostile dog(s), no refunds will be provided and if we must return before the next scheduled visit, a $25 return trip fee will be assessed. Contact – Customer agrees to provide Tropix Pools with adequate contact information (home, work, cell phone numbers and valid email address). Customer agrees to respond in a timely manner to all contact regarding pool and equipment condition, repairs, service, and billing questions.

Pool Access. The access for the pool can be granted via the system's app on your phone (directions for downloading will be sent when the application is approved through the site manager for River's Bend) for those ages 12 years and up and via a physical swipe card for individuals ages 5-11 years old. The physical card is available for residents to rent for a small fee of $5.00. If the physical card is lost, please notify Xxxx Xxxxxx and a replacement card will be issued for a $10.00, non-refundable fee. Babysitters and Nannies will be issued a physical swipe card that is designated as 'Babysitter', however these individuals can only access the pool with an HOA member in good standing. For those individuals ages 10 and 11 years of age who have passed the swim test given by the lifeguards and have a waiver on file from their parents to access the pool, the swipe card will be noted as 'approved' to ensure lifeguards are aware of the individual's status. Please complete the application for pool access and read the pool rules and violation policy includes with this form. Technicians will do their best to maintain scheduled service dates. If service dates vary, Tropix Pools does not issue refunds for services performed. If we must return before the next scheduled visit, a $25 return trip fee will be assessed. Pool Access. 2.1 The Customer shall be entitled to access the Pool through a Standard Exchange system according to which the Customer may replace any specific defective FHS Component or any FHS Components subject to scheduled maintenance tasks. In both cases, such FHS Component shall be removed from the Aircraft and exchanged with a similar FHS Component (new or serviceable) made available from the Pool.

Any commercial use of the content or any other aspect of Web Link requires the written permission of the sub-administrator. Use of the Web Link by the Company will be subject to any terms of use set forth on the web site.   • Early Access Landlord shall allow Tenant early access to the Premises approximately but no less than three (3) months prior to the Target Delivery Date subject to Force Majeure and Tenant Delays (“Early Access”), provided that all of the following have occurred: (i) this Lease is fully executed and delivered by Landlord and Tenant; (ii) Tenant has deposited with Landlord both Installments of the Security Deposit pursuant to Section 1.07; and (iii) Tenant has delivered to Landlord certificates evidencing all insurance required to be carried by Tenant hereunder. Tenant shall also provide evidence to Landlord of similar insurance coverage for any and all of Tenant’s vendors and/or contractors. The purpose of Tenant’s Early Access is solely for the installation of Tenant’s equipment, including but not limited to, installation of racking, IT cabling and equipment, diesel generator, radio frequency network, wired guidance system, security system, wide area network connection and similar equipment; provided, however, the listing of such equipment in this Section shall not be deemed or construed as Landlord’s approval of the same, and such approval shall be subject to the provisions and conditions set forth elsewhere in this Lease. During the last thirty (30) days of the Early Access period, Tenant may begin storing product in the Building, provided that such storage does not interfere with the timely Substantial Completion and is in compliance with any requirements of any governmental agency with jurisdiction over the Premises; provided, further, nothing contained herein shall be deemed or construed as allowing Tenant to use and occupy the Premises for the conduct of its business during the Early Access. Tenant’s Early Access to the Premises shall be subject to all of the provisions of this Lease except for the payment of monthly Rent. However, Early Access of the Premises shall not advance the expiration date of this Lease. Landlord and Tenant shall use commercially reasonable efforts to coordinate with each other during the Early Access to minimize interference with the other’s activities. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, Tenant shall ensure that Tenant’s Early Access does not unreasonably interfere with the work of Landlord or its contractors and in the event of any interference which threatens to delay Substantial Completion of the Landlord Improvements to the Premises, Landlord shall notify Tenant of such interfering activities, and if such interference is not ceased within twenty-four (24) hours of such notice, such interference shall be deemed a “Tenant Delay.” Any materials of Tenant or Tenant’s agents, employees, contractors, licensees or invitees (collectively, “Tenant Parties” and individually, a “Tenant Party”) stored in the Premises during such Early Access period shall be at Tenant’s sole risk and Landlord will have no obligation to secure the Premises during the Early Access period. Tenant shall access the Premises during the period of Early Access at Tenant’s sole risk. Landlord shall not be liable for any destruction, theft, vandalism or any other damage to any personal property placed, kept or stored by or on behalf of Tenant or permitted to be placed, kept or stored by Tenant during any Early Access period. The Early Access period shall end upon the occurrence of the Commencement Date, at which time Tenant shall have possession of the Premises for the Permitted Use subject to, and in accordance with, the provisions of this Lease, twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, fifty-two (52) weeks per year during the Term of this Lease. Tenant may not operate out of the Premises until Tenant has obtained any applicable business licenses and a temporary or permanent certificate of occupancy permitting Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Use; Landlord shall, at no cost or expense to Landlord, use commercially reasonable efforts to assist Tenant in connection with Tenant’s efforts to obtain such certificate of occupancy.
