For the purposes of the Department for Work & Pensions as a data controller, where Learner data is used as match on the 2014-20 ESF programme, the data must be retained securely until 31st December 2030. The Provider (and any other data controller) is responsible for determining any further need to process the data, including its retention, prior to secure destruction.
Position Description The employee shall be responsible for drafting his/her position description form and shall forward it to his/her supervisor for approval. When the employee and the supervisor disagree on the job description, they shall meet promptly and attempt to reach an agreement on the employee's job duties. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached, the supervisor will finalize the job description in accordance with the supervisor's understanding and expectations of the position. The employee may submit his or her comments for the classification analyst to consider when reviewing the position description.
Position Descriptions Individual position descriptions shall be reduced to writing and delineate the duties currently assigned to an employee’s position. A dated copy of the position description shall be given to the employee upon assuming the position and when the position description is amended. The individual position description shall be subject to at least an annual review with the employee. Nothing contained herein shall compromise the right or the responsibility of the Agency to assign work consistent with the classification specification.
Position Review The Employer may initiate a position review for a position it believes is improperly classified, and will inform the Union in writing when it has initiated a reallocation process for a bargaining unit position. An individual employee who believes that their position is improperly classified may request a review according to the following procedure:

Position During the Employment Term, the Executive shall serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, reporting to the Board of Directors (the “Board”). Reference Point of Applicability – The location, either the Point of Common Coupling or the Point of DER Connection, where the interconnection and interoperability performance requirements specified in IEEE 1547 apply. With mutual agreement, the Area EPS Operator and Customer may determine a point between the Point of Common Coupling and Point of DER Connection.
