POST POSSESSION. 11.1. That the Allottee agrees and undertakes that the Allottee shall, after taking possession or deemed possession of the Said Serviced Suite or at any time thereafter, not object to the Company constructing or continuing with the construction of any part/portion of the said Complex, other building(s) / blocks inside and/or outside the Said Serviced Suite. It is acknowledged and accepted by the Allottee that the construction of the Complex shall commence/continue pre and/or post handing over possession to the Allottee.

In no case, with or without the written approval of the Authorized User, can the Authorized User data be accessed, moved or sent outside the continental United States.

  • Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or HFF, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.
