Posting Results a. Information provided to the Union: Posting results will be sent to the Union when an offer has been made and accepted. If the position was not awarded to the most senior applicant a written explanation of the award shall be included in the information given to the Union. Posting results will include:  Names of all applicants.  Current positions of all applicants  The name of the applicant awarded the position.
Posting Results. ADT shall post the results of an approved evaluation on the ADT Website. The Provider agrees that any online use of the ADT Seal shall include a hyperlink to the 11Q Form on the ADT website.
Posting Results a) Within five (5) working days following the end of the posting period, the Company will post the name of the successful candidate. The successful candidate normally will be placed into the position within the ten (10) working days following the posting of her name. b) If an employee obtains a posting in the same classification and the new position has a greater number of hours than her current position, then, effective the eleventh (11) working day following the expiry of the posting period if the employee has not yet been placed in her new position, he will be entitled to be remunerated according to the scheduled hours of her new position. c) If an employee obtains a posting in a classification other than her current classification and the new position has a higher wage rate and/or a greater number of hours than her current position, then, effective the twenty-first (21) working day following the expiry of the posting period if the employee has not yet been placed in her new position, he will be entitled to be remunerated according to the wage rate and/or scheduled hours of her new position.
Posting Results. The Company will post the name of the successful candidate and will provide a copy to a member of the Local Executive within 5 days of the decision being made.

  • ADVERTISING RESULTS The prior written approval of the Commissioner is required in order for results of the Bid to be used by the Contractor as part of any commercial advertising. The Contractor shall also obtain the prior written approval of the Commissioner relative to the Bid or Contract for press or other media releases.

  • Publication of Results The National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20112) requires NASA to provide for the widest practicable and appropriate dissemination of information concerning its activities and the results thereof. As such, NASA may publish unclassified and non-Proprietary Data resulting from work performed under this Agreement. The Parties will coordinate publication of results allowing a reasonable time to review and comment.

  • Notification of Results Within 10 days after satisfactory inspection and/or testing of Interconnection Facilities built by the Interconnection Customer (including, if applicable, inspection and/or testing after correction of defects or failures), the Interconnected Transmission Owner shall confirm in writing to the Interconnection Customer and Transmission Provider that the successfully inspected and tested facilities are acceptable for energization.

  • BID TABULATION AND RESULTS Bid tabulations shall be available thirty (30) days after opening on the Orange County website at: xxxx://xxxx.xxxx.xxx/orangebids/bidresults/results.asp or upon notice of intended action, whichever is sooner.

  • Schedule Updates the Contractor agrees to maintain the Work duration schedule updates on an ongoing basis and, when the County requests it, include the updates in its payment request. The Contractor may be required to submit a narrative report with each monthly update which shall include a description of current and anticipated problem areas, delaying factors and their impact, and an explanation of corrective action taken or proposed. Failure to do so may be considered a material breach of the Contract. Any additional or unanticipated costs or expense required to maintain the schedules shall be solely the Contractor’s obligation and Contractor agrees not to charge the County.

  • Narrative Results i. For the first Quarterly Claims Review Report only, a description of (a) Xxxx Clinic’s billing and coding system(s), including the identification, by position description, of the personnel involved in coding and billing, and (b) a description of controls in place to ensure that all items and services billed to Medicare or a state Medicaid program by Xxxx Clinic are medically necessary and appropriately documented. Subsequent Quarterly Claims Review Reports should describe any significant changes to items (a) and (b) or, if no significant changes were made, state that the systems and controls remain the same as described in the prior Quarterly Claims Review Report. ii. A narrative explanation of the results of the Quarterly Claims Sample, including reasons for errors, patterns noted, etc.

  • Disclosure Updates Promptly and in no event later than 5 Business Days after obtaining knowledge thereof, notify Agent if any written information, exhibit, or report furnished to the Lender Group contained, at the time it was furnished, any untrue statement of a material fact or omitted to state any material fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading in light of the circumstances in which made. The foregoing to the contrary notwithstanding, any notification pursuant to the foregoing provision will not cure or remedy the effect of the prior untrue statement of a material fact or omission of any material fact nor shall any such notification have the effect of amending or modifying this Agreement or any of the Schedules hereto.

  • Audit Results If an audit by a Party determines that an overpayment or an underpayment has occurred, a notice of such overpayment or underpayment shall be given to the other Party together with those records from the audit which support such determination.

  • Search Results; Lien Terminations Certified copies of Uniform Commercial Code search reports dated a date reasonably near to the Closing Date, listing all effective financing statements which name any Loan Party (under their present names and any previous names) as debtors, together with (a) copies of such financing statements, (b) payoff letters evidencing repayment in full of all Debt to be Repaid, the termination of all agreements relating thereto and the release of all Liens granted in connection therewith, with Uniform Commercial Code or other appropriate termination statements and documents effective to evidence the foregoing (other than Liens permitted by Section 11.2) and (c) such other Uniform Commercial Code termination statements as the Administrative Agent may reasonably request.
