Posting Vacancy Announcements. When positions are advertised, Management agrees to post vacancy announcements for both unit and nonunit positions on bulletin boards or other appropriate places within the area of consideration. It is further agreed that a copy of each vacancy announcement (including DEU/PAC) shall be provided to the designated Union official. These provisions also apply to vacancy announcements which are reposted, extended or canceled.
Posting Vacancy Announcements. The Employer agrees to post vacancy announcements on official bulletin boards or make announcements available in other established areas in the area of consideration for not less than ten (10) working days. One (1) copy of each vacancy announcement will be marked with the date of receipt and initialed by an authorized person in the office. If an announcement is received in an office after the opening
Posting Vacancy Announcements. The job posting announcements will be posted by Union stewards on the following designated bulletin boards: one in the cafeteria, one in the staff workroom, two in operations and maintenance, one by the Xerox room and one in the main office near employee mailboxes, one in Ivy High School and one in Oasis High School. Job postings will also be sent out electronically to all classified employees’ email accounts by the Human Resources Department.

Vacancy announcements will be posted electronically on the OPM website, xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xxx, which is accessible on the HUD intranet. These provisions also apply to vacancy announcements that are reposted, extended or cancelled.
