Posting Work Schedules and Change Notification. Current schedules of work for all employees shall be posted by the Company. In the event of a change in schedule, the employee shall be notified in writing, if practical. Otherwise, the employee shall be notified verbally and acknowledge such notification, with written confirmation as soon thereafter as practical.

Posting Work Schedules and Change Notification. The Company shall post current work schedules for all workers. Any change in schedule shall be posted in the same place as the current schedule posting and will be communicated by Company e-mail, written or electronic newsletters and site postings, as appropriate, and verbally by management. Notification will occur at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the implementation of the new schedule.

  • Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the work schedules meet federal and state laws.

  • Outage Schedules The Connecting Transmission Owner shall post scheduled outages of its transmission facilities on the NYISO OASIS. Developer shall submit its planned maintenance schedules for the Large Generating Facility to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO for a minimum of a rolling thirty-six month period. Developer shall update its planned maintenance schedules as necessary. NYISO may direct, or the Connecting Transmission Owner may request, Developer to reschedule its maintenance as necessary to maintain the reliability of the New York State Transmission System. Compensation to Developer for any additional direct costs that the Developer incurs as a result of rescheduling maintenance, including any additional overtime, breaking of maintenance contracts or other costs above and beyond the cost the Developer would have incurred absent the request to reschedule maintenance, shall be in accordance with the NYISO OATT. Developer will not be eligible to receive compensation, if during the twelve (12) months prior to the date of the scheduled maintenance, the Developer had modified its schedule of maintenance activities other than at the direction of the NYISO or request of the Connecting Transmission Owner.

When there is a holiday, employees may be required to switch from their alternate work schedules to regular work schedules.

  • Alternative Schedules A. A school may request regularly scheduled modified days for staff development and planning. The determination of whether or not a school will schedule modified days, continue or discontinue same, and the purpose of the programs shall be by mutual agreement of the faculty and principal and subject to the approval of the Superintendent. The total teaching time during a week within which a modified day falls shall be no less than that provided through a regular schedule.
