Pre-Service. Supplier will provide leadership, management oversight, staffing and technical expertise of: • Authorization/Referral (Verification) – Supplier will (i) perform authorization clearance services for patients to verify that an authorization is in place, and (ii) document all required authorizations. • Insurance Eligibility Verification (Financial Clearance) – Once the payer is identified, check benefit eligibility and obtain verification from insurance (governmental or commercial) that the patient reported insurance for the applicable service is still in force and will reimburse the provider for the service.

Pre-Service. Before any driver begins transporting students during the time period covered by this contract, Vendor shall, at its sole expense, arrange for a comprehensive drug and alcohol assessment of the driver. The result of this drug and alcohol assessment shall be transmitted directly from the laboratory conducting the testing to CHCCS at least ten (10) days prior to the first day the driver transports students under this Agreement.

You must appeal an adverse benefit determination no later than 180 days after receiving such determination. vi. MedTrak must notify you of the internal appeal decision within 15 days of receiving such appeal.
Pre-Service. Claim means a request for a Claims decision when prior authorization of the services is required by the Company.

  • Future Services The Consultant acknowledges each of the following with regard to performing future services for the City: • The Consultant’s performance of the services required by this Agreement may create an actual or appearance of a conflict of interest with regard to the Consultant performing or participating in the performance of some related future services, particularly if the services required by this Agreement comprise one element or aspect of a multi-phase process or project; • Such an actual or appearance of a conflict of interest would be a ground for the City to disqualify the Consultant from performing or participating in the performance of such future services; and • The Consultant is solely responsible for considering what potential conflicts of interest, if any, performing the services required by this Agreement might have on its ability to obtain contracts to perform future services.

  • Core Services The Company agrees to provide to the Municipality the Core Services set forth in Schedule “A”. The Company and the Municipality may amend Schedule “A” from time to time upon mutual agreement.

  • IN-SERVICE When a nurse attends any in-service programme during her/his regularly scheduled working hours, she/he shall suffer no loss of pay. When a nurse is unable to do so, and attends the in-service programme outside her/his regularly scheduled hours, she/he shall be paid for all time attendance at her/his straight time rate of pay. If attendance is mandatory all applicable premiums will apply.

  • Vision Care Services For purposes of coordination of benefits, vision care services covered under other plans are not considered an allowable expense, as defined in the Coordination of Benefits and Subrogation in Section 7.

  • CLOUD SERVICE The Cloud Service offering, is described below and is specified in an Order Document for the selected entitled offerings. The Order Document will consist of the Quotation that is provided and the Proof of Entitlement (XxX) you will receive confirming the start date and term of the Cloud Services and when invoicing will commence.

  • Our Service The services that you have selected and the charges for those services are confirmed in Section 9 - Your Consent at the end of this agreement.   • Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries 2.6.2.1 Comcast Phone may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if Comcast Phone needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, Comcast Phone may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment. 2.6.2.2 Manual LMUSIs shall be submitted according to the guidelines in the LMU CLEC Information Package, incorporated herein by reference, as it may be amended from time to time, which can be found at the following BellSouth website: xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/guides/html/unes.html . The service interval for the return of a Manual LMUSI is three (3) business days. Manual LMUSIs are not subject to expedite requests. This service interval is distinct from the interval applied to the subsequent service order.
