Service Security. Without limiting Section 10 or your obligations under Section 4.2, we will use reasonable efforts to implement appropriate measures, in accordance with the Data Protection Plan, designed to help you secure Your Content against accidental or unlawful loss, access, or disclosure. You confirm that you understand and will comply with all of your responsibilities and obligations under the Data Protection Plan and this Agreement, including, but not limited to Section 4.2.

Service Security. You acknowledge that when using the Service there are certain applications such as FTP (File Transfer Protocol) or HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol) that may be used by other persons or entities to gain access to your Customer Equipment. You are solely responsible for the security of your Customer Equipment or any other equipment you choose to use in connection with the Service, including without limitation any data stored on such equipment. NEITHER SEIRETSU NOR ITS AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR CONTRACTORS SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, SUITS OR PROCEEDINGS RESULTING FROM, ARISING OUT OF, OR OTHERWISE RELATING TO THE USE OF SUCH APPLICATIONS BY YOU, OR THE ACCESS BY OTHERS TO YOUR CUSTOMER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER EQUIPMENT OF YOURS.
Service Security. The parties agree to maintain an appropriate level of security and integrity for the T-Mobile network and its Users in connection with the Content Provider Mobile Services, including but not limited to, implementing procedures to prevent third parties who use the Content Provider Mobile Services from sending or transmitting to Users (a) unsolicited data or messages, (b) viruses or (c) a volume of messages that unreasonably burdens the T-Mobile network. Content Provider will immediately notify T-Mobile if it knows or has reason to know that any such unsolicited data, messages or viruses are being sent to Users by virtue of such Users' use of the Content Provider Mobile Services and agrees to use its best commercially reasonable efforts to prevent and/or block any such unsolicited data, messages or viruses from being sent to Users. Content Provider agrees to notify T-Mobile immediately if it knows or has reason to know that Users are being sent an unusual or abnormal flow, number or type of messages in connection with the Content Provider Mobile Services and will use cooperate with T-Mobile to prevent continuing transmission of such data or messages to Users.
Service Security. Scribe Vendor is expected to make sure that critical network infrastructure, systems, applications and scribe operations have all the necessary security controls in place for a safe and secure operating environment. Adherence to the compliance, security and privacy requirements set forth in the Operational Requirements for Scribe Vendors (“ORSV”) document is mandatory.
Service Security. 1. The Licensor shall ensure security of all data transmitted by the Licensee.
Service Security. Services provided by UAB IT will conform to UAB IT’s security and data classification policies outlined at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/it/home/policies. If it is determined that any component of the Service is adversely impacting service availability, e.g., a Denial-of-Service condition, UAB IT reserves the right to terminate the Service immediately until the impacting condition is remediated. Upon provisioning of the Service, you will receive access instructions. Please note that in order to uphold UAB IT’s policies and this SLA, the following restrictions will apply:
Service Security. You are prohibited from violating, or attempting to violate, the security of the Service. Any such violations may result in criminal and/or civil penalties against you, as well as the termination of your privilege to use the Service, at Rila’s sole discretion. Rila reserves the right to investigate any alleged or suspected violations and, if a criminal violation is suspected, refer such suspected violation to the appropriate law enforcement agencies and cooperate fully with such investigations, including, but not limited to, the disclosure of any or all of your activities on or related to the Service.

Service Security. 7.1 Each client will receive a password for each account along with a control password on delivery of their service. The client acknowledges that it is their responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of any passwords and is entirely responsible for any activity or use of service that takes place under any of their accounts. The client acknowledges that if a client becomes aware of any unauthorised use of their service or any breach of security they are required to notify Skymatrix immediately. 7.2 Skymatrix will not be held responsible for any loss of emails, information or business of the client should the service be temporarily or permanently unavailable or withheld for any reason, either within or outside the control of Skymatrix.
Service Security. Customer may not use the Service to breach security of another user’s account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another network or server. Some Service features may not be available to every user of the site. Customer shall not interfere with anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service. Users who violate systems or network security may incur criminal or civil liability.
Service Security. MSP shall at its own expense provide equipment necessary for rendering its service. MSP agrees that such equipment shall be up to the industry standard. MSP undertakes to protect EMI Content from any unauthorized use, reproduction, revision and distribution. For such purposes, MSP shall keep and deal with EMI Content at the highest industry standard, which will be verified by EMI. If any potential security risks have been discovered, MSP shall promptly notice EMI and take all necessary measures to remedy the same. Subject to reasonable prior notice and in compliance with Article 8 hereof, EMI has the right to conduct on-site investigation to MSP's work process and conditions of equipment within working hours of MSP, so as to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Article 4 hereof.
