Preceptor Premium. All employees who work as preceptors as defined in Section 4.7 shall receive one dollar ($1.00) per hour premium pay for each hour they precept. This is in addition to any and all other premiums.
Preceptor Premium. (a) "Preceptor" shall mean a Licensed Practical Nurse who is assigned by the Employer to supervise, educate and evaluate students in an educational program, or any other Eligible Program as referred to in this Article.
