Common use of Premium Holidays Clause in Contracts

Premium Holidays. (a) Premium holidays are as follows: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Effective upon contract implementation, in continuous operations, New Year’s Day, Independence Day and Christmas shall be celebrated on January 1, July 4 and December 25 respectively, even if these holidays fall on Saturday or Sunday.
