PREMIUM License. New Horizon Project PREMIUM License allows you to use the Recording in an unlimited number of projects in ac- cordance with the following: - Any commercially distributed project that is otherwise permitted under a BASIC License. - Any advertisement distributed on Television, on the Radio, on the Web, or in Theaters. - In a film, TV or theatre production, the provided budget for such film or theatre production does not exceed (USD) $2.000.000 - In point of sale locations, where provided such locations are located within a single Territory, including but not li- mited to usage in Shopping malls, Point of sale systems, In-store displays, Showroom videos, Trade shows, industrial fairs and exhibition. - For synchronization with an audio-visual or audio-only work, to create one End Product that incorporates the Re- cording as well as other things, so that it is larger in scope and different in nature than the Recording (e. g. broad- cast and film theatrically and cinematically released and distributed, TV and radio advertisements, TV series and contents). - In performance and communication to the public, display, distribution and unlimited reproduction. You can create one End Product for a client, and you can transfer that End Product to a client, reporting the synchroni- zation of the Recording to New Horizon Project either by filling the Cue Sheet on the website xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or by sending the Cue Sheet Form located in the download file of the Recording to xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. You can make unlimited copies of digitally downloaded or physical versions of the (Broadcast) End Product, there is no limit to the Broadcast audience size, and use in a theatrically and cinematically released film is permitted. ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR ALL LICENSE TYPES - Recording licensed hereunder are for your own personal or organizational usage only. You may use the Recording for your personal projects and/or professional projects you undertake for your clients or for your employer - In order to properly report music used in TV and radio productions, cue sheets must be filled with the networks, sta- tions and appropriate PROs, and a copy must be e-mailed to xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.   • Software License Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Viasat grants to you a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to use and display the software provided by or on behalf of Viasat (including any updates) only for the purpose of accessing the Service ("Software") on any computer(s) on which you are the primary user or which you are authorized to use. Our Privacy Policies provide important information about the Software applications we utilize. Please read the terms very carefully, as they contain important disclosures about the use and security of data transmitted to and from your computer. Unauthorized copying of the Software, including, without limitation, software that has been modified, merged or included with the Software, or the written materials associated therewith, is expressly forbidden. You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer this license or the Software except as permitted in writing by Viasat. Any attempt to sublicense, assign or transfer any of the rights, duties or obligations under this license is void and may result in termination by Viasat of this Agreement and the license. You agree that you shall not copy or duplicate or permit anyone else to copy or duplicate any part of the Software, or create or attempt to create, or permit others to create or attempt to create, by reverse engineering or otherwise, the source programs or any part thereof from the object programs or from other information made available under this Agreement.

  • User License We grant you a non-assignable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, worldwide right and license to internally use and install the Software for the number of user(s) set forth in the Order Form for Commercial purposes.

  • Driver’s License Executive shall have and carry a valid driver's license issued by the State of Employment hereunder and a driver's permit issued by the Company whenever Executive is driving any motor vehicle in connection with Company business.
