An employee with a tattoo must keep it covered at all times. Body Jewellery, other than earrings whilst at work will be determined in light of the overall appearance of the employee by the Manager. Employees are expected to wear the company uniform, which shall be provided to them upon receipt of a refundable deposit. By written request, staff may have this deposit taken from their first pay. You must use your best endeavours to promote and enhance the interest, business, profitability and reputation of Lollipop’s Playland and Cafe. You must not intentionally do anything which is reasonably likely to be harmful to the business. It is vital that your conduct is at all times to the highest standard. This includes a commitment to satisfy the standards of honesty and fair trade at all times. You must adhere to the fundamental ethical practices and principles of this company as outlined in this agreement and other related documentation.

It is the responsibility of the employee to present themselves for work in a neat and tidy manner which will reflect positively to customers of the professionalism of the Company. 19 PROPERTY OF THE COMPANY Employees are required to take all reasonable care in the use of company property and to protect any company property in the care of the employee. On termination of employment or upon request to do so, employees must return in good condition (subject to fair wear and tear) any property in their possession belonging to the employer.

If the employer considers the employees appearance not up to standard, they may not be able to commence their shift.

All employees must attend work in the company supplied attire and in good condition. Clothing must be freshly washed and unstained with no holes or tears visible. Any employee who turns up for work that is not so attired will be required to return home and return for work when dressed in the correct attire at their own cost. An employee who exceeds the allowable maximum issue of clothing within a 12 month period will be expected to compensate Commercial Windows and Doors for the cost of clothing to ensure their presentation and appearance complies with this clause.
