This Agreement is binding and enforceable between the Parties and will remain in full force and effect unless and until terminated in accordance with the terms hereof.

The phrase is often used after over- coming a technical problem or following a lengthy post- production edit. Of course, the sarcasm refers to the fact that viewers will never know how many hours were spent planning, the public access Innovative program concepts were developed, “The FCA Movie Vault” began production in 2013, produced by Xxx Xxxx- ey each episode features a clas- sic movie from the public do- main. Xxx introduces each each show with his unique style offer- ing background information and historical context. The series has become a great addition to channel, expanding our range of the number of volunteers it took to complete, or the obstacles that were overcome during production. Similar to a perfectly-executed orchestral piece, one that effortlessly flows across an auditorium, TV technology should also remain transpar- ent. This allows the stories and community events to be enjoyed without interference. This is not an easy goal to achieve, quality programming takes hard work, countless hours and a creative spark. In many ways the projects and work of 2013 may appear transparent to many in the community, but our accomplishments are many, and they are build- ing blocks for the future. I’m thrilled to report the High School Video Class is back! … thanks to efforts Xxx Xxxxxxxx, an FHS History Teacher who stepped forward and proposed restarting the class, and the support of Sup’t Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx and the School Committee. Xx. Xxxxxxxx successfully applied for a F.A.C.E.S. grant that al- lowed for the purchase of eight new edit work- stations and several hi-def camcorders. FCA pro- vided technical advice on equipment purchases and Xxxx Xxxx refurbished the FHS studio and control room that has been dormant for several years. The class started in September 2013 and is already ex- panding with a new second semester course offer- ing. The curriculum focuses on media production and the unique storytelling process afforded by this powerful medium. We look forward to supporting the video class growth during 2014.   • President Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the President shall preside at all meetings of the shareholders and of the Trustees. Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the President shall be the chief executive officer.

  • President and Chief Executive Officer The president shall be the chief executive officer of the Trust, unless the Board of Trustees designates the chairman as chief executive officer. The chief executive officer shall see that all orders and resolutions of the Board of Trustees are carried into effect. The chief executive officer shall also be the chief administrative officer of the Trust and shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board of Trustees may from time to time prescribe.

The president shall, subject to the control of the Trustees, have general charge and supervision of the business of the Trust.
