Common use of President’s Leave Clause in Contracts

President’s Leave. The Association President shall, with notification to the Superintendent and Building Principal or Building Supervisor at least one (1) day in advance, be granted a maximum of three (3) days’ leave with pay per school year to conduct Association business.

President’s Leave. The President of the Association President shall, with notification to the Superintendent and Building Principal or Building Supervisor at least one (1) day in advance, his/her designee shall be granted a maximum of three sixteen (316) days’ days leave with pay per school year for Association business provided that it shall not interrupt the educational process. These days shall be taken in no less than one-half (½) day at a time, and the substitute's pay shall be reimbursed to conduct Association businessthe Corporation by the Association. The President shall give notice to the employer of intent to take such leave by the end of the school day preceding the leave day.

President’s Leave. At the beginning of every school year, the President of the Association or his/her representative(s) shall be allowed three days with pay, to be used for Association business. The Association President shall, with notification to or his/her representative(s) will give the Superintendent and Building Principal or Building Supervisor at least one (1) day in advance, be granted a maximum of no less than three (3) days’ notice before leave with pay per school year to conduct Association businesswill commence. The Superintendent may authorize additional leave for this purpose on a case-by- case basis, at his/her discretion.
