Previous Experience. 10.3.1 For initial placement of newly hired teachers, teaching experience in any public-school system in the United States of America shall be applicable providing the unit member held a Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and a valid Credential to provide the services issued by the state in which the teaching occurred during the entire period of time covered by such experience.
