Prior Credit. An employee who has prior service with the State of Ohio or any political subdivision thereof shall be given credit for any earned but unused sick leave balances as a result of such prior public employment upon verification of such balances to the Employer, except that deduction shall be made for any payment or credit given by the previous Employer in lieu of taking sick leave. The previously accumulated sick leave of an employee who has been separated from such public service shall be placed on his credit as provided by this section upon his re-employment with the Employer provided that such re-employment takes place within ten
Prior Credit. A newly employed teacher shall be placed on the appropriate credit lane of the salary schedule as provided in ARTICLE VII, Section 9., Subd. 3., and on such step as agreed between the School District and the teacher.

The previously accumulated sick leave of an employee who has been 32 separated from such public service shall be placed on his credit as provided by this section upon 33 her re-employment with the Employer provided that such re-employment takes place within ten 34 (10) years from the date on which the employee was last separated from public service. 36 However, any employee or applicant who has had their sick leave converted at separation from 37 employment or pursuant to a conversion program may not have any previously accumulated sick 38 leave credited to their sick leave bank with the Employer.
Prior Credit. An Employee hired into the City service shall be given credit for accrued but unused sick leave earned by the Employee at a previous place of employment with the state or any of its subdivisions, up to the limits allowed by the Ohio Revised Code.
Prior Credit. All sick leave accumulated heretofore is herein incorporated to the credit of each employee.
Prior Credit. The Company shall have paid all interest and fees due under the Prior Facility, the parties agreeing that upon the Closing Date hereunder, the Bank shall have no further commitment to extend credit or other obligations under the Prior Facility; and

If Taxes become payable by the CVR Trustee in respect of any prior credit, the Company will remain liable for any deficiency and agrees that the Company shall pay any such deficiency upon notice from the CVR Trustee or any Authority. For the purposes of Section 4.16 to Section 4.18, inclusive:

Parent will cause the Surviving Corporation and its Subsidiaries to credit each employee of the Company and its Subsidiaries as of the Effective Time with such number of unused vacation days and other paid time off accrued by each employee with the Company and its Subsidiaries prior to the Effective Time in accordance with the Company’s personnel policies applicable to such employees on the date hereof, copies of which have been made available to Parent. However, Parent may, in its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable law, require that such vacation and other paid time off be taken by the employee prior to September 30, 2006.
