Priority Assistance. We do not offer priority assistance, nor support for medi-alert services and monitored alarm systems. Priority assistance is offered by Telstra for people who may be reliant on a telephone service because of a serious medical condition. If you have a medi- alert or priority assistance service or believe that you are eligible, please consider this before proceeding with your order.

Where this is applicable to you it will be detailed on your Pricing Schedule, and the relevant Service Description. 25.2 Some of our voice Services are delivered using Facilities located onsite within a Village, and are reliant on equipment housing, power supply and cabling provided and maintained by a Village Operator. Where this is applicable to you it will be detailed in the relevant Service Description. 25.3 You acknowledge and agree that: a) Our voice services support access to emergency call Services (000 or other emergency service telephone numbers); b) Whilst we will endeavour to provide fail-over services, in the event of a power outage at your location or interruption of your internet services, your voice Service may not be available; c) We are not liable to you for any loss or damage you suffer or for any costs, expenses or charges you incur arising from any inability to access emergency call services using the our voice Service and which is not a direct result of our fault or negligence; d) Your full address details set out in your Application will be provided when notifying emergency call services organisations of your location in the event of an emergency. It is your responsibility to ensure that this information is current and to contact us if this information changes by calling our Help Desk; and e) You may be required to reset the Equipment at your location in the event of a power failure or power outage.
Priority Assistance. At present SIP Connect does not offer a Priority Assistance service for life threatening medical conditions.

There are however, eligibility criteria and you should call us to discuss your situation and requirements in order to determine Priority Assistance. Priority Assistance. You must be registered with us to qualify for Priority Assistance. You may be eligible to register for Priority Assistance where a medical practitioner has certified that either you, or a member of your household, meet certain eligibility criteria. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, O&M Contractor: (a) shall execute such typical documents as an operations and maintenance contractor executes in a project finance transaction or as Owner reasonably requests in connection with obtaining and maintaining any Financing, including a consent to assignment and any certifications and opinions required with respect to the Financing in form and substance reasonably acceptable to O&M Contractor, Owner and the Project Lender; (b) shall deliver to Owner and the Project Lender information customarily provided in connection with a project financing in format and content mutually acceptable to the Parties regarding the financial capability of O&M Contractor and shall facilitate reasonable inspections of the Site; (c) shall, at Owner’s reasonable request, attend and participate in presentations to actual and potential Project Lenders; (d) hereby authorizes Owner to (i) provide this Agreement to potential Project Lenders (subject to Section 17.5), and (ii) include a description of the material provisions of this Agreement in any offering circular or document required for the Financing and/or, if the Financing must be registered or otherwise disclosed in accordance with Applicable Law, that Owner may, after consultation with O&M Contractor, file this Agreement as an exhibit to such registration statement or other disclosure; (e) at Owner’s request, shall reasonably cooperate with the independent engineer and any rating agencies or credit enhancement entities associated with a Financing; (f) at Owner’s request, shall reasonably cooperate in connection with tax-exempt Financing or any Financing or other arrangements effected to reduce taxes on the Project or the work, which cooperation shall not include, or be considered or deemed to be, tax advice or planning; and (g) shall provide Owner and the Project Lenders with legal opinions of counsel regarding the execution, delivery and validity of this Agreement, absence of conflicts, and the legal status of O&M Contractor, as Owner or any Project Lender may reasonably request in connection with obtaining and maintaining the Financing, provided that Owner shall reimburse O&M Contractor for any third-party expense reasonably incurred in providing such opinions.

  • Educational Assistance Section 1. Tuition reimbursement shall be provided to employees covered by this collective bargaining AGREEMENT under the same terms and conditions, policies and procedures as the rest of Hennepin County and reflecting a county–wide pool for funding. Where courses are required and certified by the appointing authority as essential to current job performance, such appointing authority shall grant 100% reimbursement for tuition, required fees and required study materials. Section 3. At the request of an employee, an Individual Development Plan shall be established. Any employee making the request shall be provided with paid time to work with their Supervisor or Human Resources to develop a training plan for career development within Hennepin County. Human Resources will be a source of career information, and postings, in which the employee may have an interest. Time allotted for this activity and the training plan adopted shall be subject to mutual agreement of the Employee and Supervisor.

  • Turnover Assistance Grantee will provide any assistance and actions reasonably necessary to enable System Agency or its designee to effectively close out the Grant Agreement and transfer the performance and obligations of the Grant Agreement to another Grantee or to System Agency if necessary. Grantee agrees that this obligation survives the termination, regardless of whether for cause or convenience, or the expiration of the Grant Agreement and remains in effect until completed to the satisfaction of System Agency.
